Outstanding platform for tracking business assets
RefTab is an outstanding platform for managing company assets, software licenses, and assignment of assets to employees.
The mobile app makes it easy for IT Staff to scan an asset barcode, and quickly assign it to an employee or return it from an employee.
The photos, customizable fields, and other features make this platform a joy to use.
The developers are also very responsive to suggestions for improvements and on delivering bug fixes. I can’t say enough about how great they are to work with.

Scan for Loanee
Scanning loanee QR codes used to work. Now when I scan the QR codes I get “Loanee not found”. Ids on my loanees no longer work at all, typed or scanned they’re not found. The only thing that keeps changing is the app updates which have evidently broken this.

Tracking consumables
Works well for keeping track of how many supplies are in stock. Using for tracking tissues, toilet paper, etc in stock rooms.
Brilliant software, great support
We used Reftab to track 8,000 individual assets over a year long project, across four locations and found it intuitive and effective. Our team could easily access asset information on-the-go by scanning asset QR codes from our phones, and it made reporting so much easier. The software is constantly being updated and expanded, and the support was always friendly. Any issues were quickly fixed, and they even added a function for us (the ability to add higher resolution photos to asset entries). Highly recommend it.

Would be great to see either a list of loanees or be able to scan ID / enter name and see what the loanee has signed out in summary.
When you’re checking out items from this app it seems to not be very clear if it worked or checkout was correct. It would be good to show a confirmation of what was checked out to the user or something.

Excellent companion app
This mobile app allows our remote locations without onsite IT to manage their assets. It is powerful yet simple to use.
Great App for Great Inventory Software
Using it for our Chromebook rollout here at a K-12 school. So far so good! They are really quick to fix bugs. The only thing this app is missing is to be formatted to fill my iPhone XS Max screen but that’s a nit pick.
