Makes Life Harder. Hate It.
Confusing interface. Poorly organized. Waaaay too much emphasis on allergens, which get cross contaminated in a normal kitchen anyway, and waaaay to much attention on looking glitzy, with zero attention to useful information. Doesn't list what is in something. Something called a "Dub Club" without listing what's in it is ridiculous. Even a more informative title should also tell what's in it. It's not obvious that sides come with a sandwich. They are listed separately and with a price of zero. Only that the previous app did work right does this make sense.

App Not Working
I have to keep deleting and re installing the app in order for it to work.
Can’t order ahead
Having the most issues with this app! Haven’t been able to order ahead, it won’t process my payment, I’m continuously getting the “Order Unsuccessful” error message. I opened the app this morning to order breakfast and it just showed a white screen. I’m so over this app, it is causing me more problems than actually being a help.

A totally blank screen
My company uses this app for in house food purchases, but recently it's just started giving me a totally blank screen and doesn't do anything at all... No update available to me and yes I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling...
