the app won’t let me sign in, but i can login online it’s the same password
I like the theater but this app is trash
The app barely works. I just had to log in and even though I put the right login info in it still didn’t work. I know it’s right because I logged in with the same info on my pc just to make sure. It only worked after closing the app 5 or 6 times. I almost changed my password for no reason. The only reason I didn’t is because it doesn’t send me the code it says it sent. Everything about this app requires you to close it and turn it on again just to get something to work. Even the seats are messed up on this app. I picked the seats behind the handicapped spot when seeing backrooms with my friend and when we got there our seats didn’t even exist. It gave us the actual handicapped spot a row ahead of what I picked. Sometimes tickets just disappear or show up on a different day or time as well even though it says it’s the day you picked when you first pick them. It’s so slow too. Your internet could be perfect but you’ll still have to wait 2 minutes just to get your ticket up so they can scan it. If you click anything you have to wait 5 seconds because the app freezes and says that there is no connection even though there is. Horrible app. The only reason why I don’t switch to AMC is because there’s none around me. Fix it or I will just have to drive literal hours out to go to an AMC.
