Falls short, disappointing
This app is largely used by people 55+ and older because Regency communities are almost exclusively 55+ communities. But the problem with this app is not the age of the users, it’s the lack of intuitiveness, ease, logic, functions, and improvements. Alosant developers work in a bubble of working solely on an app for Toll Brothers, who develop & manage Regency communities. The app is limited and wrought with imperfect functions like; not being able to search on your own name in search functions for any Event, getting a Notification that there is new content in the app but nothing telling you what the new content is, Notifications also don’t come to your emails (which they have as a user of the app), Notifications disappear quickly in the app so users often miss them, NO Monthly Calendar on the app to illustrate ALL activities in your community (you have to scroll through all activities to see when they’re scheduled), changes to your reservations for an activity have to go thru an on-site “admin” to get corrected or changed, Neighborhood Directory does NOT work effectively or efficiently, and use of the app to enter the community’s Resort building is not intuitive nor does it work consistently. It’s amazing and dumbfounding how this developer continues to allow such an inadequate app in this day & age of quick, effective, and forward thinking functions. I would never recommend this developer.

Push alerts?
The overall app is good, you can shop in the Amazon store at the resort, use it to open gates & doors. It would be amazing to get push alerts when new events are added too.
GATE CREDENTIALS BURIED DEEP
Sending “access credentials” to open gates is the most frequently used feature, but you have to click 4 layers deep to get to the button. Should be a button on the main page!
The app you have to keep dropping your email/log in. I have to go to the club to sign up monthly.
Went to a few club, gatherings, extremely clicking. If you don’t belong, they don’t invite you in.
Block parties that you live on you. You’re not invited in. You. Find out about parties and block parties. the night of the events, the people put signs out. See you in your driveway and say nothing to you. They have their clicks.
Lived in this area for 40 years, and have never ever experienced such things.
People at the club, who gather with their little groups are very good and not allowing you in. When you show up. You actually asked if you could ad invite yourself in. They don’t even acknowledge you.
People come to look at your yard on reference referral, and after that, you never see them again.
Really sad sad because there are some people here, who actually need people in their lives.
