Pain in the butt
Wex is such a pain in the butt to have to constantly upload documentation of FSA debit card purchases. Ugh.

Out of all my HSA accounts this one has been the easiest to work with they even added an option to scan the product to see if it’s covered
Terrible
Terrible company changing requirements for reimbursement. Website take forever to load; have to make multiple attempts to submit. Customer service team takes forever to respond to inquiries
Good but Not perfect.
Frequent issues with receipts being uploaded. Every image is 8 MB and the app doesn’t accept anything bigger most if not all co-pays at a doctors office always need a receipt. Makes no sense.

Slow and clunky
App is slow and difficult to navigate. There is a pop up that opens EVERY TIME you launch the app and it slows you down even more. I hate this app.
