Taking small steps

I’m really glad that I found Relify! I’ve read about CBT before, and just like physical therapy, mental exercise is all about practice. Relify helps you practice at your own pace, taking small steps and gradually working towards bigger ones. The amazing thing about Relify is that you have full control over when and how you develop that wonderful relationship with yourself. Every time I log on and have a session, I feel a sense of improvement and it truly makes me feel better.”

A couple of bugs but great

My therapist went on this crazy-long leave, and I was left feeling super isolated without any real friends to chat with. I figured, hey, might as well use that time to work on the stuff I usually discuss with my therapist. That’s when I stumbled upon Relify.

I tried it out and instantly fell in love with it. CBT was a big focus for me, and Relify came through like a champ. It’s been a total savior during this time.

I do have a minor gripe. Every now and then, when I’m doing a quick audio session, the journal prompt won’t pop up at the right time. Or worse, it’ll randomly interrupt me in the middle of a sentence and totally mess up my flow.

Overall though, I gotta say, Relify is pretty awesome. It’s been a huge help during this tough period, despite those little hiccups.

Works pretty well

I gotta say, this app is surprisingly helpful! The informative entries on thought distortions really got me thinking and analyzing my thoughts in a more rational way. It helps when it comes to breaking free from those emotional spirals I find myself in when I vent. I’ve tried a bunch of therapy-type apps, from AI-powered ones to ones with little games and rewards, but this is the only one I’ve actually stuck with, at least for now.

I don’t have the pro version, so I don’t have access to all the fancy stuff, but the limited options are doing the trick pretty well. Once I have the means to pay for it, I’ll definitely give the pro version a shot because this app is decent. Especially if you’re the type who likes to use the Notes app for venting, you’ll dig this app. It’s like that, but with some handy techniques to help you break free from those spirals that we all tend to fall into on these kinds of platforms. And you know what? That’s the most important aspect of it, in my opinion.

Oh, and one more thing I really dig about this app is the pie chart that shows which feelings are the most prominent. It’s a neat way to keep track of things and reflect on myself a bit more. All in all, I’d say it’s a pretty solid app.

Best app like this I've used

I’m really impressed by how well the app has integrated the CBT approach. The guided journaling feature is a game-changer, making reflection so much easier and a easy to use intuitive interface.
