Do not download this app

I downloaded the app, never used it and keep getting charged even though I have been refuting their $39.95 charge after deleting the app over 4 weeks ago!

I think you’re scamming your customers

There is no payment information in the Fottur.io app and there is no payment information on the website for this company. This app is in the Apple App Store, which I have downloaded for free, but not used yet. After it went past the free week I was charged $15 for that month of November then in December it charged me almost $38.95 USD directly to my bank.

I went to cancel my subscription or change my payment source but I have no idea where to do that. I have also looked under my subscriptions on Apple and it is not listed there. Yet it is directly charging my bank $38.95 per month for this app which is way higher than what I originally remember agreeing to. That is over $400 a year for a basic hiking app!!!! Thus this company is a scam and is based in a British Indian Ocean territory, wherever that is.

I want my money back!

Fottur tried to charg me again today in January and I declined the charge via my bank.
