I wish the app was a little easier to use with VoiceOver for the Blind. It’s a good app, but I wish it was easier.

Genuinely the best To-Do list app
This has been the most effective to-do list app I’ve ever used. It understands the need for simple yet powerful tools! I also really appreciate the due-date functionality because it allows me to easily switch between just tasks for today or tomorrow or all week. I genuinely recommend this app

J’utilise cette application depuis de nombreuses années pour organiser mes priorités, mes projets et mes tâches pro & perso. Je n’ai rien trouvé de mieux pour l’instant. Je me sers de l’application aussi bien sur iPhone que sur iPad et sur Safari en mode web (la version la plus avancée). La seule fonctionnalité que j’aimerais avoir et qui n’existe pas serait la possibilité d’imprimer les tâches de toute une semaine dans un format tableau avec les jours en colonnes et les différentes listes en lignes. Cela me permettrait de visualiser une semaine de travail d’un seul coup et mieux organiser mes tâches sur la semaine (un peu en mode Kanban).

Great List App
If you struggle with lists because you are ADHD then this is your app. Easy to use, you can schedule and prioritize. I had been using it about a month and love it. I like filtering out to just the tasks I need to do today. Sort could be better, I would want it from today forward on due date/time, then priority. And another sort for priority first then due date/time. When you get a lot of items like me you need the sorts and filters.

I had a problem clearing old data from the app to start new. RTM's process only worked on my iPad after multiple tries. Didn't work at all on my Mac or iPhone.
Emailed multiple times requesting assistance. Only reply was from RTM's automated Bob the Monkey acknowledging receipt on my first email. Absolutely nothing after that. No assistance whatsoever. As a result, I'm dropping RTM and moving on.
YMMV, but my advice is: Buyer beware.

Disappointment
This app is no better than the notepad every phone comes with pre installed. I was under the impression that it had actual alarms that would go off when your scheduled task was to be completed, it does not. I can just screenshot my notepad and text my lists to whoever needs to see it. Definitely a great disappointment.

Setting up a smart list does not work on app & privacy issues
I really enjoy RTM however the two major issues I have are: 1-smart lists are basically not functional on the iPhone app, and 2-there are too many privacy concerns (for example app tracks user content). In this day and age, productivity and note apps are only usable if they are end to end encrypted. I don’t feel comfortable knowing that someone at the back end has access to all of my content and information.

Works for me
I gave RTM another try this summer and I’m glad I did. It works well for me in comparison to all the other task apps that try to do too much. I have the Pro plan and have moved all of my tasks and goals to the app. I like it.

Чтобы выставить напоминание к задаче нужно выполнить около. 7-8 нажатий и разных манипуляций. Это просто отбивает желание пользоваться этим приложением. Кто такое придумал интересно ? Подписка стоимостью почти 5 тыс. это все таки через чур загнули я считаю. Впрочем, у каждого своё мнение. Но мне думается , что для задачника это необоснованно дорого. Можно купить вместо этой подписки целую полноценную программу для компа Things3 которая будет работать без всяких подписок. Она не такой мощный как этот на мой взгляд, но зато и цена меньше в два раза, и задачи он свои выполняет.

Good task app
Simple task app, we used for grocery shopping. Means we have shared the list between family members. Works well. It would be nice if we could share the list through the App. Currently sharing is possible through web interface only. A bit complicated.
Text is too small
I am an older gentleman and the text on iOS is just too small in the app, even when set to their largest size.
