Convenience fee scam and liability for owners - don’t use!
I’m a property owner and was appalled to just learn my tenants paid thousands of dollars in “convenience fees” and how the app’s misleading design allows for it, especially for new users. Tenants could sue me because I require them to use it, this is a liability platform, don’t use it. I’ll be filling formal complaints with regulatory agencies.
