Used to be good
I used to be able to find out what cans were being picked up on my pickup day. Then the app cut off some of the weeks for pickup. Now I can’t even get on to see the pickup schedule.
Whole neighborhood
My garbage was was to picked up May 15, 2026 and it 5 days and no one has come yet. I have called and they said they was coming out and another day has passed. It’s May 19 now and still no garbage pickup. I thought I was the only one but I found out that the whole neighborhood wasn’t picked up. I’m surprised we didn’t a text or something about any delay in service

Trash App j like the Service!!!
Trying to submit an order service but when I fill out the comments field, it keeps saying “Invalid characters” and doesn’t tell me what’s causing it!!!
I then submit the request with no comments and I get an auto-response saying they need additional info from me.
HELLO!!!!! The stupid trash app won’t let me fill out the damn field!!!

App doesn’t work
Latest update removed the ability to pay bills through the app. Not worth having it if it doesn’t do the basic needs.

Wasted money
Rarely I put trash and recycle bins out for pick up because it takes months for the bins to fill up. Since I’ve been here, I took trash bin out one time for it to be picked up.
No Face or Touch ID
Have to log in by typing full email and password EVERY SINGLE TIME! Why is there no Face ID to eliminate this or at least the option to stay logged in? Makes this worthless because I can use the website if I want to log in all the time. Should not have to do that on a phone app repeatedly.
App is not intuitive
There’s no option to schedule bulk waste pickup. You have to hunt for that option and there is no lead provided to schedule or call for that feature. Obviously I will call customer support to schedule but it would be helpful if you had a line like, “Bulk pickup scheduling is not available online or on the app. Please call # to arrange for bulk pickup”
I’d like to mention this issue with customer service and have pointed this out before but we all know customer support does nothing to field these types of suggestions.

I can’t even pay my bill that’s due in 2 weeks! It shows no money due and no statement since a year ago plus says my payment is disabled!! Please fix this
Constantly logs you out
You have to login again every single time. Just stay logged in! Or find a quicker way to log in.
Slightly better after years of being broken
You finally made the app actually do something. It has acted as a gateway for your website for years it used to be decent persistent logins on an app. How about fixing the persistent login issue? Having to do a full login every time is really primitive. Since someone decided to finally fix the main issue maybe fix the other issue?

Lucky When it Works
It seems like every time I need to conduct a transaction, I get a retrieval error message. I never know if/when it will work.

The app needed a update now I try to login saying it’s going to use my personal information gonna call and cut the service I’ll call a dump trailer once a month that charges 50$ I don’t even have that much trash to be paying 100$ a month

Everything just links you to a website…. Totally useless. I have literally never seen an app this useless from a professional company.
Needs to login every time
Somehow this app requires me to login every time… Not sure if it’s only my problem or not.

App has an icon for bill pay but it is blacked out and unclickable. I didn’t get this app because I’m a garbage enthusiast I got it to pay my bill.
Poor service regarding pickup on time
Republic services will not let you sign in unless you give them permission to follow you and use that information to sell to other 3rd parties. You cannot get a customer service representative without spending at least an hour or longer, I would suggest they offer a callback when your time is scheduled. Republic doesn't provide adequate services however they do expect payment on time. In our community we only have one option for pick up and that is Republic. I am going to suggest our elected officials to look into this matter and find another reliable company.

No trash service since December 2024.
I have a negative balance of $573.12. I tried to call yesterday. After being on hold for 6 minutes!! I finally spoke to an agent. He verified the neg. balance and told me that trash pickup will be on Wednesday. That was Monday. It is now Friday and still no pickup. I have tried to contact them and no answer after 4 tries. I am so mad that they are using my money and not providing services. This is unacceptable. The next call will be to their corporate office or BBB.
