Can you do us a favour and shut the app down
Hey guys, your project failed big time you cannot keep us logged in , our gym failed to do proper research, could you please consider closing your business since you cannot fix a basic issue, so we all move to a more pleasant app. Thanks
Keeps saying I’ve cancelled classes
Hopeless app. Keeps blocking me from booking classes as it says I’ve cancelled a class when I haven’t. So frustrating 😡
Worst app ever
Keeps logging me out. I have to type in my username and password every time I try to enter every door at the gym. Today when I was trying to log in again I was just stuck on a black choose your club page with nothing to tap and force quitting a million times wouldn’t fix it. Deleting and redownloading the app also wouldn’t fix it. I can never log in anymore.

Terribly programmed app - you need to log in every single time to what essentially is an embedded website… terrible experience
Absolutely rubbish
I’d rather phone my gym and spend 30 minutes on hold instead of trying to use this rubbish
