Really?
A band app that has little band exercises. Immediately downloaded and figured I’d start the 30 challenge on the home page. Nope. Most of the exercises are long even band exercises. Why make a band app that isn’t band exercises? If I want calisthenics I’ll get an app for it.
Good start
I like to train with resistance bands and this app makes it really easy. But a weak point is, that no training is logged into the health app, so other apps cannot see the training 🏋🏻. This is really important to have. Also no updates since roughly a year!Please update the app accordingly. Thank you

Good app. Workout builder is really awesome. Only thing I would recommend is more options to customize rest times and circuits.

Custom Workouts!!!
This app is perfect as a free version, has everything you need. If you want more, go premium. They don’t go overboard with trying to force it on you or anything, which is an automatic 5 stars for me! I bought a Redge, yet their app requires a subscription for $60/yr, when you’d think it would be included with the machine.

FINALLY, An App For Resistance Bands
I do have an actual weight machine but find it takes forever to set up and by then I am fed up and forget it. I purchased a big box of assorted fitness bands on Amazon because it was the deal of the day. When they arrived I could not find anything to help me get fit with these. I did a google search and then “reworded my request” on apple app store and saw this app. No reviews yet but the sample interface looked lovely. After download I opened app and to my extreme almost orgasmic delight, everything I wanted in a workout was there. I click on a workout day and it shows with graphics the exercise and how to do it and for how long. I purchased the lifetime paid $2.99 version which by the way is a great purchase as most apps charge a pound of gold for only a yearly membership. Thank you to the developer❤️🤗 BTW I am a 55 year old post menopausal woman for those ladies that are wondering if this app is appropriate for them

I use this for it’s simplicity (and the lifetime purchase) but I am having to substitute certain exercises for others that are not available. Cobra stretch for ab roller, barbell curls for dumbbell. Add more exercises and a feature for the strength of the bands and the weights being used.

Nice App!
I really appreciate the simplicity of this app, as well as the fact that the creator is not trying to take all my money with an eternity of subscription fees! Four bucks is a lot more than reasonable for this workout program. The workouts are simple to follow and don't take much time at all. I find myself feeling guilty after such a short routine and I often supplement it afterwards with a few more exercises of my own. Five stars!

I was looking for pure resistance band workouts. This promised to have resistance band work outs and even put it in the title. Instead, you get tiny, cartoonish characters doing maybe one resistance band exercise and a a bunch of pushups and burpees. It’s so disjointed and not intuitive at all.
