Major issue with iPhone

Super lousy App, using iPhone and permanently having issue with notifications … just display blank screen after clicking “Read more”. Looks like App is developed by amateurs.

Received email on complimentary stay but log on app. All requires cash or gp payment. Unable to access promotion for complimentary stay on app.

If i can give 0star i will do, the app is totally cannot be used, it just stuck on the white screen only. Such an important and noticeable bug already been reported so many times but developer do nothing about it. How are we going to book anything via app if the app cannot open at all ?
