Major issue with iPhone
Super lousy App, using iPhone and permanently having issue with notifications … just display blank screen after clicking “Read more”. Looks like App is developed by amateurs.
App not working
Received email on complimentary stay but log on app. All requires cash or gp payment. Unable to access promotion for complimentary stay on app.
White screen only why?
If i can give 0star i will do, the app is totally cannot be used, it just stuck on the white screen only. Such an important and noticeable bug already been reported so many times but developer do nothing about it. How are we going to book anything via app if the app cannot open at all ?
Can we NOT receive any marketing notifications??
So far so good, but would not like to receive any marketing notifications….at least let us have the option to turn them off in app settings?

Not enough room information
Please provide more room information. I don’t understand what does room only means. Does it mean it doesn’t come with toilet? WiFi? Or what are the facilities that comes with it.
Lagging
Seriously this app need to be updated. I can't do booking and I have to keep on exiting out from this app and reenter hopefully it works...but still the same.... and now I wonder if it's worth booking at Genting RWS...
Is it safe?
Your app lets customers top up into genting wallet and exchange into gaming chip. When your app cannot be load properly, the cash is stuck in the float, money trapped there, what is the remediate action for customer to access the money stored in the wallet?

We come to genting to play the indoor theme park and some
Shopping. Installed this apps and registered. Inwas told by the theme park personnel to join due to we spend quite money to play to collect the RW Point. After Gem activation the Gem card for collecting point hang and after spending a lot here we still unable to get any RW Point. Useless apps ever. Called the Genting Reward centre 10 times but no 1 pickup the call. Please improve la weii

The App has not been working for the last 2 days.

The app is very unstable. Crashes for a few times and even freeze my phone for nearly 20 minutes. Developer is not doing a good job
