This app is not updated and will not work with their products.

Bad product and support

Bought from Bloomingdale’s a year ago and they offer a limited warranty. Reverie wants $250 for a new remote. They hung up on my wife when she called for support. This app is buggy and I have no confidence that bed might get stuck in an upright position. Product looks neat but is very unreliable and company is not standing behind it.

I would like to give a zero if I can. This app never worked. No customer support at all because they don’t even bother to respond my questions. However, the stand it self does works by the remote only.
