Stops Working When Closed—Frustrating!
NightStand is disappointing because it can’t function once the app is closed. A clock or utility app like this really needs background functionality. Without that, it’s not useful for my needs. I hope this gets fixed soon.
Bad app, no maintenance
Like many I've been screwed with 2 control boxes going out now, and this app that isn't updated and barely works
UPDATE!!!
App has not been updated for over two years. Thinks the pillow tilt is lumbar. I bought this adjustable base because it’s supposed to work with Alexa. But in order to get it to work with Alexa, you have to setup Reverie Connect. Every time I try, the app crashes. Guess I need to return the base.

Update: deleting the app and reinstalling it resolves the immediate crash issue.
With the latest iOS (18.4.1), the app no longer launches. It crashes immediately after launching it. If your physical remote stops working, or stops charging, your only option is to buy the way overpriced $140 physical remote.

How to fix app from crashing!
I deleted the app and downloaded it again from the App Store. Now everything works perfectly!
Buggy
You have to keep the app open or the massage stops.
Glitchy and unreliable
Is this a Beta? It surely acts like a product under development. Alarm function does not work at all. Input to response times vary from a second or two to unresponsive. I’ve only had the thing two days and I’m already very dissatisfied.

Motorize bed is not working
Motorize bed has not worked well since this was installed.
Doesn’t work half the time
Every time I try to change the bed position, I have to fiddle through various screens, push the same buttons multiple times, turn my other device on and off, and jump through multiple hoops to get the pp to start working. Very annoying. I’ve filmed the screen with my phone several times to have a record of it, which I’m happy to pass on to the developer if you’d like to fix this problem.

Worst app ever
App does not work, many of the functions works 50%. If you are lucky on some nights, the memory function work but usually it take multiple attempts before the app works. It will stop & go and you have to manually set head & feet. As of right now, app is dead nothing is working. Very frustrating!
Poorly designed app
This app is low quality and doesn’t work most of the time.
Shuts off once phone locks
Anytime I use the massage setting once my phone locks or I try to go to a different screen the massage shuts off. I have tried to leave the app open but it still shuts off.

App continues to crash on load. Please fix so I don’t have to fumble for my remote. iPhone 15 pro max, iOS 17.4.1

The dashboard doesn’t let you set your favorite position.
Long delay when touching plus or minus signs, so you hit it again and wait, hit it again and wait …. Then finally when it does engage, it goes past your desired position.
This app is non responsive and cumbersome.
