Worst app

I booked the car yesterday night and my driver got changed twice, one of the drivers called me and asked for the documents, I shared the documents with him, after that I got a message from Revv that we have changed your driver. After that I called the other driver and told him my location, he said ok sir I will come on time but he did not ask me for the documents. Today morning at 4 am when I called the driver he was not picking up my call. After that I called the support and the support team cancelled my booking saying that the documents have not been uploaded. Their driver did not call me, did not ask for documents from me, did not upload them, so it is my mistake and after that he cancelled the booking, all my work got stuck because of these people. Their service is very bad, I tried them for the first time and they did this to me, because of their team my booking was cancelled.

Scam service operators

Beware of this scam service operators. They don’t follow their own written policies , car arrival delayed beyond explanation, everything is at mercy of local car delivery person and can abruptly be cancelled by provider. And in cancellations by host, no refunds or compensation. Looks like a scam operation. Customer service polite and try to be helpful but helpless as they have no policies in place . Avoid to save your headaches

Really good service

The booking and pick up service is really nice and seamless and so far they don't seem to charge unnecessarily over the top extra charges.

Excellent Service

It was our first time to opt any car rental services. Indeed Revv was a great experience and luckily we got upgrade. Car delivery and pick up service is worth and very smooth.. to be relaxed it’s good to opt complete insurance coverage, which we have opted as driving in Mumbai is not easy to keep car untouched…
only felt charges of vehicle cleaning was not worth as car was not cleaned from inside but charged as it was mentioned and expected to be. But it’s ok.
Modification policy can be reviewed to reduce charges at least for ongoing services… and fuel consumption should be reviewed as found quite discrepancy in consumption as it was 20% showing when car delivered but as soon as we started it became 10%… I feel should be reviewed fuel consumption charges more transparently.
Finally a big thank you for the service provided.. will certainly opt again your services during next visit.

Never Again

I booked a Car from Chandigarh, assuming will get a Chandigarh Number car but got a Haryana Number Car and no one on the sales team told me You have to pay RTO on all the number of days you have to drive in Punjab. Also If we are paying you money it should be on you guys include that in rent. Please book a local rental guy and discuss all RTO and everything if you get a CH number you can drive in Punjab and Haryana for free without RTO. Worst Rental first and last time

Don’t book Revv from Goa

Booked a Grand i10 with pick up from North Goa airport. The guy delivering the car was very drunk and also got the wrong car. I told him that we didn’t book this car but he said this is the only car available. The condition of the car wasn’t ok and the windshield has a huge crack. Also, the guy asked me to pay him directly and i had no other option as the payment link sent by Revv was not working.
The above is still isn’t the worst part, the worst part was when during car drop the same guy called us to a secluded place 3 kms from the airport. When i reached there i found the place very shady so i didn’t wait there as i felt very unsafe especially coz there was a 2 year old with us. Then i called the guy to the airport to pick up the car and he got very angry due to that and spoke in foul language and was not willing to pay the deposit. On insisting he paid the partial deposit.

So please please be very careful while booking with Revv from Goa. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Self Drive

This is my first time experience of taking a rental car/SUV to a trip. The booking through app was so simple and convenient, even the customer care was very supportive. We extend ed the trip with ease. The delivery agent was also polite and helpful, gave few tips on driving towards the destination and info about Road tax in different states. Since I didn’t belong to Delhi NCR so to drop the car was little bit of extra effort. Over all the SUV, app, delivery agent and customer care were all great.
I drove the SUV as if it belonged to me and my whole group had a comfortable journey. Would definitely recommend friends and family. 🫡☮️

Failed promises and inconvenience

I used the service for the first time and it has been a very poor experience. The car that I initially booked did not turn up the way it was promised. The car that I got as replacement did not have the features that I wanted in the car that I had booked, for example, the car did not have navigation features. For somebody who was driving in Mumbai for the first time, it was very important to have navigation done smoothly. I had to rely on my phone which was very problematic because of calls that I was receiving and nowhere near the steering wheel to keep the phone steady. I was also made to go myself and pick up the car almost 3 hours after the initial pick up promise time. What about the money that I paid for the cab that took me from my hotel to the pick up point? More than the money, the inconvenience that it cost me because I had two small kids and I had to carry them with me to the pick up point. The whole reason of doing a delivery was ensure that I did not have to take up this exercise myself . It was not just a matter of convenience for myself, but because of small kids. There is no compensation that I have received for the three hours of delay and the delivery charges that I paid, even though I was promised all of this. All points of my interaction with Revv starting from the delivery of the service and the steps taken to compensate for the horrible experience, have all let me down.

BEWARE: Refund Scam Alert – Security Deposit Not Refunded Even After 20 Days

I’ve been a loyal Revv customer for over 3-4 years across multiple cities, but this recent experience has completely shattered my trust. After my last trip ended 20 days ago, I’m still waiting for my security deposit refund — and the worst part? No communication, no update, not even a courtesy message or email explaining the delay.

Every time I called their customer service, I was taken on a cycle of lies and false promises. It’s always the same story:

“We apologize, we didn’t know this was pending. Our manager will call you back in 5-10 minutes… you’ll definitely get a call by EOD.”
Guess what? No call. No refund.

After repeated follow-ups, they eventually started lying outright, claiming that the refund had already been processed — but there’s no trace of it in my account.

Here are the names of the reps I spoke with:
• Aviral Singh
• Harsh Dixit
• Suvankar Boity – blatantly lied that the refund was processed
• Madhu Singh – promised to escalate the issue and asked me not to call back. Really? My money is stuck and I shouldn’t call?

This isn’t just poor service — it feels like a scam. For a company like Revv to hold onto customers’ security deposits with no resolution or accountability is unacceptable and unethical.

If you’re considering using Revv, think twice — unless you’re okay with your security deposit being held hostage with no recourse. Extremely disappointing from a brand I once trusted.

Cheating company.. DONT TRUST‼️‼️‼️

I would advise against using this car rental company. I booked a car on March 14th, and the driver delivered it late. After completing his process, he left quickly. When I attempted to start the car, it wouldn't start. I immediately raised a complaint, and after two hours, a technician arrived and advised me not to drive the car, stating that the driver would come back to retrieve it. I had to wait an additional 2 hours for the technician and another 5 hours for the car to be picked up, totaling 7 hours of my time wasted. As a result, my entire schedule, including meetings, was disrupted.

I requested a refund and compensation for the time lost, but even after 8 days, I have yet to receive any resolution. They continue to delay the matter. Due to their lack of response, I have taken legal action, and the case is now ongoing. If you want to deal with these kinds of issues, then feel free to book with this company. Otherwise, I strongly recommend avoiding it. Despite not even driving the vehicle, they still haven't refunded my money. I have all the proof and recordings of their false promises.

Revv you can do better

I am writing this to raise awareness among the folks booking car with Revv. My experience with the car I booked had enough number of problems to start with:
1. Foul dirt like smell in the car all the time. Seems like someone carried dirt or rotten meat. Customers should not have to go through such experience.
2. The automatic window was not working which is dangerous for parking the vehicle. when I reached support , and local maintenance , I was asked to get this fixed at local mechanic. What kind of service is that?
3. All the tyres has air pressure around 10 or 8, which I needed to get it fixed. Until I wasn't aware I was driving with this dangereous situation. Not at all acceptable.
4. The condition of car is pathectic to start with and support had their tantrum and no intentions to help.

With all that said, even to reach the customer support to get this resolved I needed to reach out to them multiple times. And when talking to local maintainence I was told that they don't have driver so if the car needs to be changed I need to bring the car at their preferred location which was 2 hours from my place.

I would very politely ask the Revv team to do better.

Not a experience I would have hoped for based on my past bookings with Revv.

Suffered a loss

I booked a Santro and I definitely turned on the "with fuel" option on the app.
The moment I turned on this option, prices of all other available cars increased except for the Santro that I then booked based on that.

As a common man, I simply took the acceptance notification as a final confirmation and received the car the next day.

While returning, I happened to check on the app to check the kms left on my booking. There, I saw that it said that I have to pay for the fuel on my own. I was shocked to see that and got a mini heart break upon learning that I have been, in a way, scammed.

I talked to the customer executive who simply denied me any sort of resolution. He kept saying I should have read the email that I recite after booking the car to double check the details and have called them then.

I accept it was my fault that I didn't double check, but this review is a warning to people that their customer support is not cooperative at all and have no sense of dealing with customers. Rent from them on your own luck.

Now, I have to pay even more money to bring the fuel to the original level, essentially costing me over a thousand bucks more than what I originally paid.

They are extremely desensitised to the sufferings of their customers.

Go for any other app but Revv.

Pathetic customer service and policy

Don’t book cars with Revv when I asked for Automatic vehicle customer service representative booked the manual vehicle paid advance amount of 1000/Rs and again he booked the automatic vehicle 1000/Rs paid advance amount and I cancelled the booking now Iam getting messages to pay 2280/Rs . Now you people are telling to go through policy . This has to be informed by CSR on call when he is booking the car on behalf of customer. Pathetic service third class customer service representative don’t book with Revv.

Scamsters! Don’t waste your money on these people!

These guys are scamsters. Don’t waste your money! They call you make you book a car and don’t deliver it!

Unprofessional behaviour of the staff and no proper help for the customer

I booked dzire and returned the car in the exact same condition as it was given. Even the pickup guy came and saw all over the car and found nothing. But after 2 days I’m getting a mail that the car has been damaged and that the damage was worth rs. 4000. I tried contacting the customer support and they just said they will investigate but after 1 day they just directed the entire fault on me when I haven’t even seen the damage with my own eyes. Just some pictures of the damage was provided, when was it occurred or even if the picture which was provided was taken when we returned, information like this was not given. If the pickup guy saw something, they should have mentioned to us but they didn’t and revv answer to that was they were not trained for it. Do you need training for common sense? I wonder. To conclude, the customer support is almost non existent. They are just present to pick up the calls, but any charges even though you didn’t cause will have to have to paid by you. Better use other apps even though you might pay more at the beginning, they will not charge you like this and also even if something like this occurs they will have proper investigation.

Charge unnecessary unjustly they are sitting for looting customer

Charge unnecessary even the car issue they will threaten and take charges from customer …they won’t listen your queries and charge entire amount on you even though you pay car insurance

Service is good, but with hidden charge

Pros- they have doorstep delivery and pick up for added price.
Cons- They will deduct your deposit money like its never meant for refund.

Don’t accept if they are giving temp car

Revv after acquiring has lost all credibility, I booked Hyundai Creta and they called back 2 days before delivery saying car not available until 5 more days and they can provide a temp car. The temp car is Alto A10 with all 4 tires very small as if spare tires. The temp car stopped 2 times in the middle of the road and once we had to call a mechanic.

Don’t accept if they are giving temp car, the temp car will be the worst car you drive in your life and will waste lots of your time by stopping in the middle of the road

Manipulative and Subscription is a sham

No proper information. Revv’s agent continuosly called and pushed me to book a car saying it will not be available. Even after I booked the car is available. Their app didn’t show my booking even after I paid.
There is a limit on kms even on subscription. So it was wrongly advertised that subscription is like owning a car without hassle of maintenance. The car delivered to me has full of scratches and they found two scratches saying that I did it and charged for it. They gave a contract in the last minute when I was in hurry and asked me to sign it. The limit on kms is somewhere hidden in last pages in the contract and they quote that when I questioned about kms limit. So, think twice before subscribing with these guys. The price you see is not what you will be paying. You’ll have to shell out a lot more.
