Maddening
At two or three week intervals app friezes and will not connect or disconnect leaving me no option but deleting and reinstalling. I should give Rexton a zero but I’m being nice. I have worn hearing aids for 30 years and this is my first totally unhappy experience. I do not recommend this product.
Pairing
App does not pair via bluetooth with hearing devices even when fully charged.

The sound adjustments on the app make a little improvement to the sound but the adjustments revert to the default every time they are recharged. Every morning they have to be reprogrammed. Had service on the right aid and now the app doesn’t “recognize” it. The app says “turn it off then on again” but there is no ON and OFF switch. So the app is useless. We (customers) were sold on all the advantages of connecting with Bluetooth but they can’t connect to television, radio, automobile, PC, tablets, CD Player, Blu ray, or any other Bluetooth devices.
Now, months later I’ve updated to the newest release and again, it fails to connect both internet and Bluetooth. It says “switching on Bluetooth “ then turns off. It says “place your hearing aids close to your phone” when they are fully charged and sitting on the phone’s screen. It says, Try again later.” That all translates to, “THIS APP DOES NOT WORK.” That’s evident when it is 13 years old and every two weeks they still have “fixed bugs in the app.” The whole app is a BUG.

I set the hearing aids to where they work best and they jump back. Very aggravating.

This app is easy to use. I have used the assisant to change up when i couldnt hear certain voices. Works!! Couple of the sub units Are close together in sound but works.

what's the problem with Speech Assist?
is there some kind of magic trick to *turning on* speech assist? When it IS on, it makes a huge improvement for me to hear what people are saying

Won’t let you connect if there’s only one hearing aid
The app would not let me connect just one hearing aid. I can’t find my other one so now I can’t even use the app. It sucks.
Glitches
There are numerous glitches and issues, constantly reloading, resetting and going back to my provider

Not happy with Rexton App.
When I connect to Bluetooth it is fine. When I open the Rexton app for bluetooth it says it cannot connect. I will take it back to where i had them fitted.

Ruim, nível de bateria ser sonora e o e cúmulo , visto que somos deficientes auditivos ! Deve ser nível gráfico e não áudio ! Faça a aplicação para o público correto por favor.
Sem opção de reset do aparelho que tb seria uma funcionalidade muito utilizada, sem falar de ajuste de microfonia que tb não temos

How do I get rid of the Rexton Assist box near the top of my screen?
I’ve had my Rexton hearing aids for nearly 3 years now. I had to reset my app and when I did, a rather large Rexton Assist box appeared near the top and takes up a lot of real estate on my screen. I do not want this marring my ability and to see and manage my hearing aid settings. What’s it going to take to remove this AI menace from my screen?

Works well enough
This app allows control and adjustment of the user controllable parameters such as Balance, Volume, listening mode, etc. hearing aid control uses Bluetooth LE (low energy) connection. Bluetooth (std) is used to pass system audio (notification sounds, music, phone) to the HAs; and automatically connects thru both methods.
The Bluetooth connection can cause the HA volume to be reduced slightly when the phone is being used. This occurs more frequently with games, but other apps can cause this as well. Not a major problem, but is annoying.
