Terrible App
By far, the worst app I’ve had the pleasure to attempt to use. Cannot the bluetooth setting to connect to my iphone after repeated attempts. Worhtless is an understatement.
Low call volume on iPhone, limited functions
Hearing aid and microphone volume are both low enough to be unusable for phone calls. Streaming volume from all sources is too low. App provides only very basic controls. Online adjustment feature is very limited, only affects the Automatic program, and when adjustments are removed the programming reverts to the factory basic unadjusted state, thus deleting any adjustments made by your audiologist. I do not recommend the Rexton Reach aid from Costco as it is not recognized by Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max as MFI Certified despite Rexton’s advertising and thus certain Apple adjustment menus for hearing aid adjustment are unavailable.

Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!
Die App funktioniert und ist übersichtlich. Es ist einfach praktisch mal das Handy aus der Tasche zu zaubern und die Ohren mal leiser oder lauter zu machen. Das Verbinden mit den Hörgeräten klappt schnell und die Einstellungen lassen sich einfach anpassen. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Lautstärkeregelung und die verschiedenen Hörprogramme. Insgesamt eine zuverlässige App, die den Alltag deutlich erleichtern kann, wenn man ein bisschen die Technik von heute beherrscht. Klare Empfehlung!!

Adjusting
The adjustments (volume, balance, etc) are easy to make but there’s no option to lock them in. I have to readjust them every morning.

Volume Control
The volume control starts out with the ability to set the volume for left and right but then switches to only a single control for both. It is frustrating!!!!
Marginally Effective
Needs Better Bluetooth. The adjustments in App are fine but getting the hearing aids connected to Bluetooth is a tedious process. Takes my phone and the App forever to get connected.
Disappearing features
I have been attempting to rediscover the directionality function. According to jet GPT, it is there, but I cannot find it. It wants me to set up the app, but that disconnects my current hearing aids. This is very frustrating and to help within the app and the assistant we’re not useful.
Maddening
At two or three week intervals app friezes and will not connect or disconnect leaving me no option but deleting and reinstalling. I should give Rexton a zero but I’m being nice. I have worn hearing aids for 30 years and this is my first totally unhappy experience. I do not recommend this product.
Pairing
App does not pair via bluetooth with hearing devices even when fully charged.
Horrible
The sound adjustments on the app make a little improvement to the sound but the adjustments revert to the default every time they are recharged. Every morning they have to be reprogrammed. Had service on the right aid and now the app doesn’t “recognize” it. The app says “turn it off then on again” but there is no ON and OFF switch. So the app is useless. We (customers) were sold on all the advantages of connecting with Bluetooth but they can’t connect to television, radio, automobile, PC, tablets, CD Player, Blu ray, or any other Bluetooth devices.
Now, months later I’ve updated to the newest release and again, it fails to connect both internet and Bluetooth. It says “switching on Bluetooth “ then turns off. It says “place your hearing aids close to your phone” when they are fully charged and sitting on the phone’s screen. It says, Try again later.” That all translates to, “THIS APP DOES NOT WORK.” That’s evident when it is 13 years old and every two weeks they still have “fixed bugs in the app.” The whole app is a BUG.

I set the hearing aids to where they work best and they jump back. Very aggravating.

Dès mon levé je m équipe de mes aides. Je suis totalement satisfaite du confort d écoute en famille. Je ne maitrise pas l écoute dans une foule mais j adore le streaming de mes livres et conversions téléphoniques. Je ne me suis pas adaptée aux embouts moulage car le son de ma voix résonnait dans ma tête. Par contre je déplore l impossibilité de synchroniser avec mon MacPro âgé d un an et aux dernières mises à jour. Avez vous une solution ??
Je viens de découvrir que mon prestataire peut suivre mes aides à distance et m aider de ce fait à résoudre un problème. Bravo pour votre travail, j ai 83 ans et suis émerveillée par ces avancée. Bravo

This app is easy to use. I have used the assisant to change up when i couldnt hear certain voices. Works!! Couple of the sub units Are close together in sound but works.

is there some kind of magic trick to *turning on* speech assist? When it IS on, it makes a huge improvement for me to hear what people are saying
