pick up is difficult they pick up 5 blocks away sometimes there maps is terrible they drivers is sometimes rude

I NEED DARK MODE
As a legally blind rider I prefer using the App over calling. The last update to the old Via App ruined the Apps usability for me. Sadly this new App is the same. I hate having to only see the map half screen, it is absolutely terrible. There needs to be options for turning things on and off and change the defaults. I’d like to be able to swipe the ride details(lower half) down or up to see it and then up again if I want to see it. I constantly accidentally open maps when trying to zoom. I wish that wasn’t a feature at all or have a small bubble in the corner to open the map not tapping the map that is also painfully awful. The worst thing is not having Dark Mode. That’s the only way I am able to use my phone and it is a royal pain anytime I need to take a ride so please add that as of last week! In fact the drivers have told me their new driver app have dark mode so why doesn’t the rider app????? Another new awful feature is not being able to call until the last 2 minutes that is very unhelpful and frustrating!!
