Poor experience
Got a cab allotted but there was no tracking of cab. The driver wasn’t given my address properly and arrived 30 mins late after lot of back and forth calls.

Driver would not come on time
Driver didn’t respect time and didn’t show up in time.
Niyo get something better
I think the app is not that much popular in India. I have tried to add different locations still its showing that the service is not available in this location. Really disappointed with the niyo recommendation.

Pre booked the cab and driver approached me in time. The pick-up point is just next to arrival gate - which is great. Ride was good and hassle free.
Also compared the fares for other players - found Rideally is charging 40% less. This is icing on the cake 🙂

Worst experience with this cab service . Booked a cab 2 days ago and at the last moment they are saying cabs are no available . Worst experience ever faced . No guarantee on the booking that you will get cabs on the desired time and no customer satisfaction. No response from the customer support here after I faced this issue . Please avoid such cab services.

Great service
I have tried them for Airports drop multiple time and very satisfied with their services. Starting from driver reaching to the venue few minutes early, lowest fares and approachable customer care.
Use less app
I have just downloaded now seeing the ad, but it’s so expensive and time consuming to look for single ride, need lots and lots of improvement
