Pay for a ride in the app?!
I could not pay for a ride in the app. There appears no way to pay for a ride even with inputting a credit card. It’s 2026, you cannot even pay using a credit card or Apple Pay on the actual bus. Must use cash…unbelievable

Affordable and helpful. Unfortunately the app breaks frequently (saying regular trips are suddenly out of range, saying driver has arrived when they’re super late, etc) and you can’t get a human on the phone.

MicroRide has made the commute experience even better. Inaccessible places are now accessible. And the drivers are very professional.
