They take money when you park the scooter not worth the hassle. It’s a complete scam you have to run around to try and park it at a designated area when others are eligible to park wherever they’d like it’s ridiculous horrible company took 33 pounds of my little sister now she’s left with 17 pounds for the rest of the holiday if your thinking of getting one for your travels then don’t it’s a waste of time money and effort absolute garbage

Intermittent
Worked ok for 4 days. Then I had to keep shutting down and rebooting. Now, will only get to the scanning screen 1 in 10 attempts, and even then will not scan a bike or process the code when I add it manually.
Worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using
For an app that’s intended to be used outside with moving vehicles, how can it basically only function correctly on WiFi?? I needed to go somewhere quickly in Florence and it would’ve been a 25 minute walk, or a 9 minute bike, so logically I chose the bike. Guess what, it took LONGER because this stupid app barely works and wouldn’t let me end my ride. Also, bikes are not appropriate for use for anyone under 5’2, and because of that I’ve had a yellow bruise on my leg for weeks from the bike falling on me when I could barely get on it. Auto renewal very bad
The automatic renewal of ride packages is a practice that is close to being fraudulent.
Customers do not receive any email notifications or receipts when renewal charges are processed, and automatic renewal is enabled by default from the very first purchase.
The wording used in the app is "ride packages." Nothing in that description reasonably suggests that the purchase is a recurring subscription. A customer would naturally understand this to be a one-time package, not a service that renews automatically every week.
This appears to be a deliberate design intended to mislead customers into recurring charges without their clear and informed consent.

Insists on Bluetooth being on and takes aaages to do anything half the time. Useless in areas where the internet is a bit poor. Always asks for 3 parking photo attempts. Rest of the time, good
Teils gut Teils schlecht
Die Scooter sind klasse,klar sind neu und wenn alle Ordentlich damit umgehen würden für alle lange Zeit Top. Leider tritt oft das Problem auf das die App hängt und ab und an der Scooter nicht aktiviert oder deaktiviert werden kann. Was ich mir wünschen würde währe das es ein Miet oder Abo Modell geben würde für nen ganzen Monat. Weil jedesmal so ein Paket buchen für Tägliche Fahrten ist echt blöd.

Terrible app
Tried so many times to get it to work with different scooters and they wouldn’t work. Also makes you add money before you know the cost. Waisted 30mins trying to get one that worked. When I tried to take a photo I had to stand on the other side of the road for it to say the full scooter was in the photo!!

Update broke app
App forced an update. It now does not work and cannot use my daily pass.
Scam
Tried to rent an e-bike in Florence and the app attempted to charge me instantly four times using different names causing my bank to have to shut off my card permanently and leaving me with no way to get a new card in another country on top of that the app didn’t even work for me a friend rented the bikes for a group of us and then she got charged non stop as well and ended up having to shut her card off as well because it wouldn’t stop charging her and racked up nearly 100 euros of charges in a few moments on top of all this the bikes were too tall for most of our group to ride so we used them for around a block before getting off and walking the rest of the way by far the worst public transit service I’ve used anywhere in the world don’t bother with this

The bike broke caused me to fall in front of cars. They would not let me cancel my ride. It’s worse than never using at all don’t even try their service
This is stupid - they sign you up for the €3.99 membership without your permission

We just wasted 10 min trying to get this app to scan bikes. We tried to scan like 8 that were in an area and all of them except 1 actually scanned. The rest kept saying error. In the end we had to return the first bike that did scan and lost the money and had to just walk. I don’t understand how it can be this bad

Lost 4€ when app crashed and prevented me from stopping ride

The app is very misleading, they promote the “packages” but then you need to load your “wallet” to ride. Then they aren’t clear that a bike is not the same as an electric bike. So I bought a package for the electric, had to fill my wallet, and then realized I had to get the bike package. I was $30 in the hole before I even got to ride.
The bike seats are too tall.. if you’re under 5’3” good luck. The baskets have slits in them, my phone fell out onto the street. And then a voice was screaming at me the entire time I used it. Highly recommend walking over wasting your money on this.

If you can’t take a picture, you get fined after the ride. But the camera doesn’t work in the app….

Ich hab mich gerade angemeldet mir wurde gesagt das ich 30€ gratis bekomme wenn ich mich mit meiner Karte anmelde aber als ich es getan habe hat es nicht geklappt und als ich mich mit Google anmelden wollte funktionierte es auch nicht bitte fixt es
