horrible ui

real time has absolutely no alerts or updates about a path suspension and shows false information about a path coming soon.

Terrible App and Even worse service

delayed every day. not accurate on the app. this is honestly pathetic

Worst app I’ve experienced in years

This app has one job — to give us the next time for the train and it’s horrible at it. Interface is the opposite of customer friendly. And the app takes forever to update.

not even close to being accurate

PATH should be embarrassed to even offer this

Terrible

Slow, clumsy interface. How did they get it so wrong? It's awful. Never sure if times are right. They might be - they might not.

TAPP integration

Will this app have an integration with TAPP so that it can become an all in one for train schedule info and ticket/fare payments?

Slooow

Please respect the time train is leaving 3 4m before his time

Incorrect train times constantly

Refuses to show any earlier train times departing from WTc Than 10am. It’ll show 8-9am departures for a second before freezing and being stuck on 10 am and on. Absolute garbage app.

Awful App But No Choice

This app is slow. Awful interface. The MTA app is way better. So I wonder why this app serving a smaller system can’t be better. Shame on Path for putting this out there.

No easy schedule

The only value in this app was to show the schedule of the trains easily. Now multiple clicks are required so Google Maps. It’s easier to use and more reliable.

Full of bugs

This app is so slow, full of bugs, and poorly designed. PATH, please invest in a better app. The one thing people need from this app is live train tracking and alerts. If you can’t provide that reliably, the app is useless.

Can’t even get the times right

The RidePATH app, “Next train is at 9:30 PM.” Then you arrive at 9:25 PM and the trains either already left or leaving now. I’m sorry why is it okay to not update your times and have accurate schedule on the app?!!!

Horribly slow

It routinely takes 10 seconds to get real time departures for a station. The system only has 13 stations, there’s absolutely no excuse for this from a technical perspective.

Forcing users to scroll horizontally to switch between stations is also a terrible design that makes the app tedious to use.

Useless app

There’s no point in using the timetable, because the trains are always late or leave early. It’s one of the worst‑managed routes

schedule

guys, the only purpose of this app is showing the right schedule. Guess what, the actual schedule is always different, impossible to plan the commute with this app, useless

Public transit review 3

This app was very confusing. One thing is it dose not have the track number so when I was rushing from NJT to path I did not have enough time to go to the main hall at Newark to find out what track it was on. Second the app dose not update to show what stop the train was at. Last it still showed the trains that had left a long time ago. This was the worse train app so 3 out of 10. Very disappointing

Accurate times, but slow loading

Google maps doesn’t have up to date times. This app gives correct times. But about 10% of the time the countdown time (the main feature) takes 1 min to load or does not at all.

Slow, train times obscured on screen

The app is slow to display the next train. Can only see the next train time since the second one is obscured by some title banner. Trains are mislabeled. The WTC to Newark train is labeled Newark-WTC. Unusable since the latest redesign.

Slooow

I never seen a slow train in my life world trade centre

Nearly unusable

About what you would expect from a government agency that manages to lose $100M+ annually on a train system with 13 stations and jam packed demand with 20 minute headways outside of rush hour.
