Not usable at all
I do not do this. This is my first review I think ever. You cannot use this app. All but three buttons take you to the website that tells you to download the app. Then to schedule a ride you have to download another app. I made an account so I could pay online, but it doesn’t allow you to add a card. I watched the video on the website of how to use the app, and what they do in the video you cannot do in the app. This app needs a complete overhaul, and it’s a real shame. Hopefully they see this and actually try to fix it, but based on other reviews it does not appear that way.

Had to re add card multiple times
Lots of errors adding simple card information and had to redo over and over because of app errors
Bus drivers don’t even follow the schedule
Buses pass by way too much. PEOPLE HAVE JOBS TO GET TO AND RELY ON THE BUS! And some bus stops are too far apart.

Rtc sucks. The app is outdated - no option to scan a card or use google pay is ridiculous. Clunky and hard to negotiate - it’s almost like they don’t want my money. The kiosks at the stops along the strip say they only take cash but then none of them work so you’re forced to use this terrible app.

Can you buy your week pass in advance but not activate it for a month after?

Verbally abusive diver
Verbally abusive diver took one last night where a grown man yelled at a student for only paying the $1 me and a few others defended the girl and suddenly the driver wasn’t so big and tuff. Not only was he late but very hateful towards people trying to get on (Charleston but took place at 11:28 pm)
Useless
I found this app utterly frustrating and useless, time consuming and confusing. It’s as if they WANT you to take an Uber or rent a car.
Where’s the Bus?
You had an app for people to report any issues they were having with the current bus system in Las Vegas. I tried to use this app and when I sent in my concerns about how buses can be so late or just disappear completely just before they are to arrive, hut when I tried to submit it, the concern or complaint vanished. So here am again and I am awaiting the BHX SB bus and it shows the bus in my tracking, says 8 minutes away, 7, 6….and finally hits 0 and the bus just vanishes. So do tell, where did this bus conveniently disappear too? Make an app for that sometime will you?

Absolutely useless app
All I need from this app is to buy and use bus passes and it can’t even do that. Everytime I use any card to pay for a pass it says that it can’t process my payment. I seldom carry cash on me so having to scramble for cash everytime I use the bus (around 4 days a week) is very inconvenient.

The charge me three times for residential 24 hour passes which is 5 dollars each and never gave me the passes and now wont refund me the 15 dollars

Charged my card ten dollars to refill my wallet for fares, shot out an error code and gave me no credit whatsoever. I called the support number, and there is no option for app support or an operator. Garbage.
