Customer service issues
I am not going to criticize the material. While I don’t consider it is for me, I see while others may get something out of it. My issue is that that keep trying to charge me for a subscription that I cancelled.

I have attempted to cancel five times and they are still attempting to bill my credit card! This has been going on for over a week and I am beyond frustrated!

Absolute waste of money and time
This is probably the biggest waste of money in terms of an app that I’ve actually spent money on. I was expecting exercises, maybe massage techniques or maybe even tips on specific food and supplements to take. It’s absolutely none of that. It’s just a lot of junk about breathing, mindfulness and meditation nonsense spoken by a woman who sounds as if she’s on meth amphetamine. Spend your money on a Pilates class and consider TRT.

Money-back guarantee doesn't apply to App Store purchases
The concept drew me in, and the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee is what made me comfortable subscribing without researching further.
After three guided sessions I'd had enough. The available guidance voices didn't work for me, and the content didn't feel well curated. I contacted support to use the guarantee.
I was told it only covers subscriptions bought directly through their website, not the App Store. That limitation is on their site, but it's buried in the text and I missed it, and buying through the App Store is the default path for most people.
Support declined to refund, declined to approve a refund on Apple's side, and declined to provide any documentation I could use in my request to Apple. The only response was to contact Apple myself.
If the guarantee is part of why you're signing up, buy through their website. Through the App Store, assume it doesn't cover you.

Horrible customer service
I tried this and it’s stupid. The philosophy behind it is just ridiculous. But I was curious so I tried it and then I forgot to cancel it so I got charged for a renewal of $39.99. I immediately called as soon as the charge came through and asked for a refund and they said no. It was within 24 hours of the charge that I contacted them… They attitude was too bad so sad. Don’t forget to cancel straight away if you are just trailing it
I’m writing this review to warn others so they don’t make the same mistake I did. I forgot to cancel my subscription, and I was charged USD 79, which is extremely steep for what the app offers. Only for three months!
I had only used the app twice shortly after installing it and didn’t find it useful enough to continue. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted support within an hour, hoping they would understand and issue a refund. Unfortunately, the response was a firm no, with no flexibility or consideration.
It’s very disappointing to see such a strict and unsympathetic approach, especially when the request was made so quickly after the charge. Please be very careful and make sure to cancel your subscription in advance if you don’t plan to continue, as you may not get any help or refund once you’re charged.

To expensive and really bad
It’s really expensive and really they have not put much effort into this. This is an important service to provide to men and they really have fallen short.
Double membership
I purchased a membership, downloaded the app, and as I’m exploring the app, almost every single option requires a another membership cost per month. Nope.
More and more fees
You don’t unlock the app with the first payment there are more and more fees for “individual” training or plans. Rip off
