App never works when I need it
BASIC THINGS like pulling up my dental card and this app refuses to do it….

Latest update made it less useful
I used to be able to easily see if I had a change request pending and now it is hidden or invisible. It’s a big problem.
Require sign-in almost every day
Worst user experience ever it always require you to sign in again and then stuck at the sign screen. I cannot believe such company cannot make this app signing process like other tech industry
Does not match website description
The website clearly says I can add my benefits card to Apple wallet from the app yet it's not actually possible it only shows me the last four digits and there is no ad to Wallet button
Was better before the update.
I used Rippling to track time with my employer. At first I could open the app, and click 2-3 times and enter the hours worked. Then there was an update I guess? Now I have to click 7-8 screens and they aren’t user friendly.
I would not recommend this app since all the changes were made- it’s much harder to navigate.

En vez de mejorar lo que hacen es empeorarla
Cada vez que actualizan la aplicación dificulta más el uso, ahora mismo no se puede editar el tiempo trabajado y los descansos directamente de de la app para enviarlo para su aprobación
Worst payroll app I’ve used
You’ll get 1 good update followed by 2 terrible updates. Freezes and breaks often. Bad UI.

I used to be able to look at my schedule with ease and so who i worked with immediately and now it’s hidden and i have to go searching to see who i work with😒 CHANGE IT BACK!!!
Needs updating not working for adding time or job bonuses
Not a fan have 2 apps downloaded and have to switch back and forth between them to get everything done

I really enjoyed Ripples but the update is just awful and not user friendly both on the app and the site.

Very convenient easy access
Buggy - can’t MFA
It’s pretty buggy. For example I cannot login using 1Password because the consulates login screens won’t let 1Password operate on the MFA screen.
As an employee
This is super glitchy and often freezes when trying to clock in or out forcing a shut down. The constant reminders that one needs to take a break,take a meal or approaching overtime is super annoying. I am compliant. I do not need a babysitter.
Recent change doesn’t make sense
There are too many changes and the last one really doesn’t make sense. Now when I need to clock in, it says clock in to unscheduled shifts. Why? I just need something that tells me when I’m clocked in and when I’m clocked out. Please change the app back! Rippling is making this much more difficult than it has to be.

New changes are terrible please fix and put it back the way it was. It was fine before y’all ruined it with this new update!
UI is terrible!
The most recent update to the app has either hidden or removed basic features that no one was complaining about, and has made for an incredibly frustrating experience. For example: I am no longer able to log my weekly hours on a timecard as I could before (and can still do on my desktop); only the basic clock in / clock out option is available. Would recommend other apps on the storefront, or simply sticking with using Rippling on your PC, as the quality of its mobile app has severely gone downhill.

When viewing the schedule the option the start the week from Monday is missing. Kindly add that feature
