Dream Robotics Employee Rating
Very poor effort on direct deposit both form Employer Dream Robotics and Rippling support was helpless telling me to ask my employer and vice versa. Dream Robotics did not pay even 1 paycheck on time all of them late or still yet to be due. Brokieeee
Most awful app I had the displeasure of using
Frankly I’m appalled that a reputable company like rippling could make such a steaming pile of garbage, the only reason I still use it is because I need to clock in with it. The app will freeze 50% of the time when you click on something, it’s practically unusable without restarting it multiple times just to do something as simple as checking your time card. Would give 0 stars if possible

Location and Camera
There is absolutely no reason for this app to need to use my camera to track my hours. Turn off the new location update that makes you have to be near your workzone to clock in or out.

Can't MFA on mobile
Great overall on web but mobile is so tough to log into to the point I can't use the app. Only offers a QR code to enter which is difficult to use when already on mobile and then it just loads forever and never completes.
Commission
We were told if we worked very hard and did our turns and our leases that we would get a commission that was supposed to be paid today the July 24 !!! we was not paid and we had like 13 turns 15 16 leases I’m not sure. But we did not receive commission.

Most annoying payroll app I’ve used
It’s asinine I need to 2FA my personal device in the middle of a shift to take lunch or clock out. Especially being I work in the field with low connectivity oftentimes.

I entered the wrong password, and I can’t even reset it. I’m not receiving any emails or messages. This is so frustrating

Latest update made it less useful
I used to be able to easily see if I had a change request pending and now it is hidden or invisible. It’s a big problem.
Require sign-in almost every day
Worst user experience ever it always require you to sign in again and then stuck at the sign screen. I cannot believe such company cannot make this app signing process like other tech industry
Does not match website description
The website clearly says I can add my benefits card to Apple wallet from the app yet it's not actually possible it only shows me the last four digits and there is no ad to Wallet button
Was better before the update.
I used Rippling to track time with my employer. At first I could open the app, and click 2-3 times and enter the hours worked. Then there was an update I guess? Now I have to click 7-8 screens and they aren’t user friendly.
I would not recommend this app since all the changes were made- it’s much harder to navigate.

En vez de mejorar lo que hacen es empeorarla
Cada vez que actualizan la aplicación dificulta más el uso, ahora mismo no se puede editar el tiempo trabajado y los descansos directamente de de la app para enviarlo para su aprobación
