RIU Palace Tenerife
We have stayed at this beautiful hotel many times over the years. The hotel accommodation , food and the staff are superb. Because of illness my wife and I have not returned for too long but hope to in the near future. Thanks for some great memories.

Our family loves RIU every time we go to Mexico we stay at the RIU Santa Fe. The service the staff, the food, the cleanliness it’s amazing all of it five star.

At hotel now Riu Capo Verde, told can use app for booking restaurants and more. The app is useless. You try to log in and it fails constantly and when you can actually get logged in, when you try to book anything or have any additional requests as a guest, it tells you to sign in and then says sign in failed. Tried repeatedly times with same result. No point having an app that is unusable. It would be great if it worked but sadly it doesn’t. Can’t even use QR code to book restaurants as it takes you to the app that doesn’t work. It’s a shame as the hotel and rooms are lovely.

Fab hotel
Wonderful stay at Rui Arecas Costa adeje June 28 -July 7 wonderful staff beautiful room excellent food had a problem as I had a knee op 9 weeks before the trip they changed our room straight away and put us nearer the lift reception staff excellent everyone so friendly and 2 lovely pools our second stay and will come again

I have stayed at several RIU hotels, and the experience has always been positive. What I like most about the RIU brand is the consistency—you know what to expect. The hotels are clean, well maintained, and located in great destinations. The staff is usually friendly and professional, and the overall service is reliable. RIU offers good value for the price, making it a great choice for both families and couples. I would gladly choose a RIU hotel again for future vacations.

We love this new hotel our fourth time visiting in two years. Planning to go back 2027 major family trip. Everyone at RIU is so friendly and welcoming.
Anti User Friendly
This is the most difficult app to navigate I’ve ever used. The app is also full of information that’s not accurate. Don’t bother using the chat bot. You DONT get free airport transfers, you can’t call to add a transfer, you can’t book reservations 7 days in advance. I’m probably forgetting some stuff too. I’m hoping when we go it’s more organized and seamless…..

Great App
As a RIU class member the app functions as a booking tool as well as providing a great way to keep informed while on site. Also allows for reporting of any issues with your room or just to order replacements for your minibar. RIU has never let us down and provides a great vacation. Highly recommend!

Ich mag die App. Sie ist übersichtlich und schön gestaltet. Bisher läuft sie auch stabil aber den einen oder anderen Fehler bei der Übersetzung kann man schon mal entdecken. Jedoch werden diese schnell korrigiert.
