Great and very well designed app! Good to see the ever expanding coverage of Riyadh Air.
Payment issue
Everything was smooth i just got issue with payment i would say little hassle but sought out later by myself. Well overall experience of booking is oky. Lets see how my journey goes with riyadh airline.

One of the best airlines in the making!
I would strongly encourage Riyadh Air to offer Starlink high-speed internet as a complimentary benefit to all loyalty-program members. A truly attractive air-miles programme could be a major differentiator in winning and retaining customers.
I lived in Doha for eight years and travelled extensively with Qatar Airways, taking hundreds of flights between Doha, London and many other destinations. Their loyalty programme offered some excellent benefits and created strong customer loyalty.
I hope Riyadh Air will go even further, offering innovative benefits and incentives to capture a significant share of the regional market and establish itself as the No. 1 airline well before Expo 2030 and the FIFA World Cup 2034.
I wish Riyadh Air every success on this exciting journey. I live in Riyadh and look forward to continuing to fly with Riyadh Air and supporting its growth.

الطيران جيد ، اما التطبيق فاشل جدا ، بل انه اضعف تطبيق لشركة طيران للاسف ، أما الطائرات ممتازة ، ونقاط سفير ضايعة ☹️

التقييم في مطار الرياض جدا ممتاز ولكن في جدة سيء جدا في التعامل والوزن مع اننا كنا خمس اشخاص ومعنا فقط حقيبتين وزنهم 8 رفضوا وضع استكر عشان الوزن طيب حنا المفروض يكون معنا خمس حقائب اختصرنا وخليناها ثنتين ولكن تم رفض وضع الاستكر الا بعد اخراج بعض الاغراض لايوجد مرونه قطعيا

We flew to dubai august 6 and i asked our attendant for soda...i was told to give her one minute she will check..we landed to dubai but never came to me anymore..the airline is really good to be honest, very clean but i think the attendant needs more training and more professional handling their jobs...

This airline app has the best booking experience of any airline. It has the fewer steps to complete the booking. The comparison across different a cabin categories and prices is a great feature. Excellent user experience design.
Waste of time
As I was checking flights from Manchester to Islamabad from September till November showing up as sold out. Sort it out

Rip off change
I had to change a return leg to London due to a family emergency traveling 4 days early . Due to “dynamic” pricing “ the price doubled to make the change. It was considerably cheaper to make a new return booking from Riyadh . I was in chat with them to cancel the return leg and book a new return and was told the cancellation fee was £2,258 - 11,351 SAR !!!! Double the cost of the entire trip. Great customer service! Beware change policy rip off’s
