Drops all the time
This app is enough reason to consider using a different software provider all together. It is simply not reliable and in the service business of property management missed phone calls are potentially a very big deal. Our team is increasingly realizing the need to figure out a plan B.

I can’t even honestly begin to find the words for how inconvenient this app is. The app CONSTANTLY crashes and I mean CONSTANTLY. I have to remove the app from my phone and begin hours of work. I do NOT recommend this app to anyone.
New update app won’t open
Phone automatically updated the app and now the app will not completely open at all after the update
Garbage
If you own a business and need to call people use a different app. I miss transfers, calls don’t come through, and I can’t get it fixed I have called a few times.
Waste of time
Great features but if I can’t upload pictures and notes while connected to wifi at my desk, I have little hope for my techs in the field.

The app is very limited with outdated interface which is slow beyond comprehension.

New updates make it a harder experience with extra steps
Newest update, with the “scheduled view” and automatically adding the filter for “today’s schedule” has made using this app more difficult. Now I have two extra things to circumvent every time I would like to see my work orders. Make a way to set it to “list view without filters” automatically for more ease of access. I understand you have an intended way of us users using your application, but it seems like the “better” you make it, the worse our experience becomes.
We used to be able to edit and organize the order by name but now the work order number stands in front of the words so alphabetizing does the same as organizing by date because its the same order. I think you’re overthinking a very simple and functional app

Not much you can do
Very little of the functionality that we need to operate rent manager. Currently using RM12 on a laptop, it’s good. The phone app - hard to navigate.
Shockingly Bad.
I would be embarrassed to release this app to the public. It’s like someone who doesn’t know how to create applications created this app. It’s CLEAR they put ZERO effort into creating an app that is worth using. You would think they would do something about it with the terrible reviews and in this day and age you need to have an awesome application if you want your customers to stick around or better yet if you want to gain new customers.

Trapped In one location
It won’t let me change location because it says there is an unsaved violation but there isn’t
Functions
It does work, usually. It currently isn’t even booting up for me for some reason but I know tomorrow it will probably work again for some reason. The app does function as a work order system but is very slow in loading, especially with messaging tenants or clients. The new update to the work orders prioritizing the title start with the work order number has completely ruined any organization I had before. I can no longer sort them based on any title I make because the work order number trumps any choice I have, making any organization of work orders frustrating.

Not a great app
Previous versions of rent manager mobile app were more intuitive. The newest version didn’t improve on the older version. It made it worse. Used to be able to just hit a button select the filter you wanted and within a second or 2 have the new filter loaded. This now takes forever while watching the spinning wheel. I used to work in an IT department for a top 500 company it really seems like zero time is spent on research and development because newer versions of the app lack the better features from a user standpoint than the older versions.

Not able to give permissions for photos
When trying to test out the service portion of the app, I am not able to provide permission to access my camera or camera roll. Seems like everything looks ok from my phone settings side, but cannot see where to fix this issue through the app.
