Deutschlandticket kann nicht abgerufen werden

Beim Abrufen des Deutschlandtickets erscheint folgende Meldung: Systemfehler - Die Anfrage-Nachricht war fehlerhaft aufgebaut. Somit kann das Deutschlandticket nicht abgerufen werden und man steht ohne gültige Fahrkarte da (laut AGB der RNV). Liebes Supportteam, bitte schnellstmöglich diesen Fehler beheben. Vielen Dank

Update: Heute war ich vor Ort im Kundenzentrum in Ludwigshafen. Die Kollegin war sehr freundlich und hat mir weitergeholfen. Das Ticket wird jetzt wieder angezeigt. Eine Unsicherheit bleibt trotzdem. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

Can’t purchase Luftlinie Tickets with any payment method

Edit 2: eine Email am 24 Juli geschickt und keine Antwort. Wirkliche schrecklich. Schade wirklich.

Edit: funktioniert immer noch nicht. Ich habe wie angegeben support eine email geschickt aber noch keine Antwort bekommen. Nochmals neu geladen, keine Änderung.

Says I don’t have legitimate payment method for Luftlinie ticket thought it works for the regular, more expensive, fare. It’s been like this for days.
