Money could be a little better (always lol) but support responds very quickly during the routes and the warehouse workers are very helpful.
I’d give half a star if I could
It’s obvious most of these other reviews are bots.Roadie is not that great and they don’t pay right away. If you have an issue you can’t speak to a live agent unless you’re in an active gig, I had to threaten to sue in the chat for the Ai to finally transfer me to a live agent and they’re even so incompetent all they do is give you the runaround or leave the chat before you can even type your questions

Great App
It is a great app with Roadie XD feature but it’s a business middle management app like DoorDash, Grubhub and all them apps. If you a customer Paying like 110$ dollars for a delivery that’s like 130miles one way to drop off luggage. And the driver gets like 85$.
It’s an example but you will find crazier trips. But if you got an EV/4cylinder car and nothing to do and like staying in traffic hours this a great app to use. Any way be efficient don’t underestimate small gigs like Home Depot and CVS. Do them they add up and it’s a lot of them find your window that gets least effort and don’t be greedy. If you plan is to make 50/75$ for the day just do that. You waste more time trying to do as many as possible but every one situation different.

On minor things like phone, car insurance, gas for the day, I’ve only done in Atlanta and Orlando. Never seen 200/500$.

Slave trade.
This is the most slave related app on the whole app store. This MF pay about 3 per delivery. And wont reimburse toll or parking. Stay away. Or get back by accepting a Bestbuy and keep everything.

BEWARE
This is the worst side gig app , they expect you to pay for your own insurance and put wear and tear on your car for literally nothing , the routes are too long and make 0 sense and the pay is aweful at the end of the day you are making next to nothing . Stay away from this garbage company you will thank yourself.

Scam - selling your personal information
Be careful when downloading these apps. Read the disclosures/terms and conditions very carefully. Roadie tells you they sell your info to include your biometrics to their affiliates and others and stores your info for an indefinite amount of time.
Easy and quick extra income!
Support team is wonderful and reliable. Gigs are fun to work and delivery. Love how they show sizes and weights of items so that I could determine if I can complete the gigs or not. And it’s new feature where it will tell me if gigs are easy fit, tight fit, or NOT a fit for my Crosstrek.

This is a great side gig for someone who likes driving. I would like the distance payouts to be better
App issues
App issues. So this morning I was able to login and view the map to see which gigs I wanted to bid on. At around 10 AM I bid on the CVS pharmacy gig app check a few minutes later and my app is going haywire. I seen the circle in the middle. It went to Driver and registration, then went to the dashboard. I tried uninstalling installing signing out signing back in reset my phone everything and I cannot get into my app. Customer support is no help. It’s been going on for hours and still haven’t received a response. Thank you Roadie for nothing.
