Horrible app
I like the fact that you can see where you’re delivering to. BUT the app lags too much. You get to the location and the loading icon pops up and stays forever!!! I have to close the app about 4-5 times before I can just swipe “arrived” and be able to scan package. Sometimes when I’m about to choose “left at door” it’s starts to load and load and load, and finally I’m able to take pictures. BAD , HORRIBLE

I love it when the Home Depot people are on the ball and they find your item quickly and let you go on your way, time is money, and those ladies did an excellent job drove straight to the recipients place took a photo and all is well!!
Lags when doing gigs alot
I’ve noticed that the app freezes a lot and then it restarts making the delivery process longer since we already required three steps before we complete

I hate that I updated my app because this fit check is not allowing me to get extra large gigs even if the dimensions are flat I can fit a lot of those XL job in my vehicle because the dimensions are small. They may be a bit heavy but I can still fit them and it’s not fair that I can’t bid on them because you say that my car is won’t fit. For example, there’s a Walmart 66lbs the dimensions were 52 x 10 x 8 that definitely can fit in my car not fair that we can’t bid on this stuff because you will say that it doesn’t fit when we clearly know our vehicle

Onboarding was quick. Pay has a delay I’m guessing to confirm customer actually received delivery. You aren’t always able to get the job even if you’re in the area. For the mileage the trips are less than a dollar a mile but overall the work is there if you’re willing to burn the gas to get there.

Keeps me busy and I get to see new areas. The BIGGEST downside is that the money does not match the amount of miles for the most part. When I first started, customer service was quick and efficient and as time went on customer service hasn’t been too good lately. Overall, I enjoy doing this when there’s some money to be made.

Long Time Roadie Driver
I have been a roadie driver since they started the company , so 11 years… I have successfully completed 160 deliveries with 147 of those customers leaving me reviews. I have a 5 Star Rating… I’ve gone above and beyond as a driver since the very beginning … with that being said I think it’s time I finally leave my review as a long time driver…
After all the successful deliveries I have made for Roadie I find it unfortunate that I can’t rely on Roadiesupport or the company itself to treat drivers decently by providing them with their pay for completed deliveries in a reasonable amount of time … especially if the gig / gigs were only paying the driver less then $20 we have to wait for hours just for the pay to stop processing and become available for the driver to access … roadie has literally taken their time to provide me with my pay every single time I have successfully made a delivery , and 90% of the time I’ll even complete a delivery in less time then roadie anticipated I would.. just to end up with no gas and be stuck at home or (sometimes even in the town I dropped the package off) just waiting for hours for the pay to become available in order for me to be able to GET GAS TO DRIVE HOME!!! Absolutely unacceptable for Roadie to hold a drivers pay for more then an HOUR MAX for a delivery that has been completed… absolutely no reason at all it should take even more then 15 min for the pay to become available when we literally provide proof not only by allowing you guys to track us the entire way but also making us take a photo of the delivery package at the customers front door… shouldn’t take you guys 2 hours- TWO FLIPPING DAYS FOR IT TO BECOME AVAILABLE!!! That needs to CHANGE !!!! I’m tired of it !!! I’ve literally waited 48 hours to receive my pay two different times now. God forbid it ever happens again!!!!

I have complained time and time again , and to no avail. I have brought this to the attention of support many times and have requested they send my feedback to individuals in charge , or at least someone in a higher position WHO COULD POSSIBLY MAKE THIS CHANGE HAPPEN… and still, to no avail.
So heres my review . .
