Can’t sub protein
This app is effectively useless for me to order ahead. I get the 50g protein smoothies but sub pea protein. This only has the option to add pea protein by the scoop ($1/5g) and remove the whey protein entirely. Need this feature added.
The Reward System is Trash
The ordering system is excellent. Very quick simple and intuitive. However, the reward system is trash. You cannot apply your rewards to your online order. It only works for instore purchases but I’m typically ordering on the go and picking up my drink on the run. I very rarely order in store, but what’s even the point of the reward system if I’m not able to use them. It just doesn’t make any sense!!

Vegan friendly ordering
It’s a great app but they could label things as vegan/dairy and make their vegan options more accessible and the pricing and add-ons clearer, such as the protein type (whey vs plant), like am I paying an extra $1 for adding plant protein?

It Won’t sent a confirmation email to earn points
It says confirm your email to unlock reward and after so many times checking and waiting they won’t send me an email to get my 3 dollar reward
Reward Issues
Unable to redeem my $3.00 sign-up reward. The app is giving me an error message stating “email not verified” and when I select to send the email it says sent but nothing is received in my email. I also checked my junk folder and confirmed nothing is there. I also checked my email address and confirmed it is accurate.

Very convenient
Very convenient after leaving the gym as there is one right next to the LA Fitness I workout at. No waiting in lines, I just walk in, pick up my smoothie and leave. Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because there is no where in the app to customize your order. At least, not that I can find. I would like to be able to hold the bananas or easy on the cinnamon, for example. I always have to call ahead after I put the order in using the app and tell them, “easy on the cinnamon.” This is counterintuitive and should be an option inside the app.

Where is my reward?
Signed up for the rewards program and downloaded the app for the welcome offer. Got stuck with applying the offer to my order because to use the offer I have to verify my email. I waited 5 min for the email verification to come but it never did.

Menu without ordering pleaseeee
My biggest pet peeve for any restaurant / food store app is when you have to start an order to view the menu. With this one you can’t even start an order when the location near you is closed, leaving it impossible to see the damn menu through the app 😭 I love you Robeks but pleaseeeeeee let me see the list of items without having to start an order omgg

Buggy, slow, hard nudges
Is this vibe coded? Is seems like this app was not tested very well. Email verification didn’t work, tons of stuff are slow, and everything was just silly and bad UX. Didn’t need this app at all and if we do keep it let’s just simplify it. I downloaded it for rewards and never got my $3 off! Waste of time. Food is aight smoothie is good
