if you are using this app to buy alternative clothes you are a POSER. 🙏 get creative. having an alternative closet takes YEARS as it’s supposed to. you need to atleast use better apps like vinted or whatnot because i understand not everyone has the creativity or availability to thrift but using fast fashion like this for alternative clothing is not okay ‼️

difficult to find what you need
i am looking for a outfit for my birthday and when you use the search engine it does absolutely nothing. no matter what you look up the same items come up. if you look up "skirt" you will still get any and all types of clothing, and sometimes not even clothing. looking for a certain color or pattern also doesn't do anything. mkes it so difficult to find what i'm interested in

Most things aren’t working
I mean it’s a pretty cool app and all but I literally can’t even search up what type of clothes I’m looking for because everytime I try to it’ll be like “your search does not match any products” and it says that to even the simplest things, for example im trying to look for a swimsuit right? I type in the simplest words “swim suit” it’ll be like “your search does not match any products! This app has a lot a flaws that need to be worked on.

I love this app but needs improvement
I have been using this app for years, and I absolutely love it! It has all the fashion items I adore, and I’m completely obsessed. However, I think it could benefit from some changes and improvements.
I wish there were more styles to explore, as it would be fantastic to see other trends that people are interested in. Additionally, I notice that there is a limited selection of jewelry. I would love to have more jewelry and accessories available to create fabulous outfits.
Another issue is the number of sold-out items I encounter. Often, these items have no reviews, and it would be great to have more chances to purchase them instead of seeing them sold out and not restocked.
I’ve also noticed that some items are available exclusively on Shein and not on the app, which can be frustrating. Furthermore, I’ve seen that prices can vary between the app and the website, even though they are supposed to be the same.
I would really appreciate these changes being made. This is my first time writing a review, and I hope my feedback helps!

System down
Trying to return a few items I ordered that didn’t fit and the app is not allowing me to return. I keep getting a message that the system is down. I have been trying for 2 days. Beware fellow shoppers. You’re better off ordering from SHEIN. Never an issue with them

I don’t like this app, I wasn’t satisfied with my order, due its VERY (two and half weeks) late arrival, then every time I tried to return the package “the system was busy” when this app clearly didnt want my order back. Do better shein.

Honestly ROMWE has such cute clothes. It’s just the sizing is TERRIBLE. I understand that I should loose weight but damn….these plus size options are terrible. And SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the other clothes. Honestly a big brand like ROMWE should be able to add more plus size options that aren’t ugly…
