The worst app for the worst product
I wouldn’t buy a fire extinguisher from this company if I was set on fire. Get your stupid ads off my screen and let me use the app for a product I have already purchased. Some truly heinous BS going on with this scam company
App doesn’t work on 5.0
Recently upgraded my router and was surprised to find that this app only operates on 2.4 MHz.
Clueless on how to use App or the Robot Vac
Directions are essentially non existent. Just trying to get the vac online is way harder than it needs to be and makes NO sense. How about a user manual by an English speaking person in just a few words. Very, very frustrating. Have looked everywhere for help.
Useless App
The app is so bad, just the super ultra basic functions. The robot is clueless, just goes bumping everywhere. Miraculously, it still manages to dock and charge, but other than that… random starts, useless app and poor navigation.

when I go on the app and I try to change the water setting to high or lower anything it lets me confirm it, but then it always just stays at middle.
Good robot, scammy app
I love the little robot vacuum he works great for our space but after signing up on the app I’ve been flooded with spam emails and calls. My internet firewall slows this app down dramatically when I’m connected so if you don’t have a good internet firewall I’d find a robot that doesn’t need this app

Bad, the robot Donets follow a path, gets stuck, can’t find itself home, dies where ever. Does not have a route to run nothing worth it expect it looks good
No issues whatsoever.
Pleasantly surprised that this app works great. I was worried because of the star rating but I’m assuming the bad reviews were prior to it being updated? It works exactly as it should and am happy it has an app to control the vacuum. It makes things convenient
No Room Mapping Feature :(
App needs to allow for room mapping so you can select certain rooms to be vacuumed at the same time or not.

Plutôt bien, bien que la commande manuelle sois plus ou moins efficace, pour les surfaces à laver je préfère faire moi- même, ne va pas faire partout. Assez surprenant quand même, mais place à l’amélioration technique.

If people can’t figure out the robot and the app they are stupid. Easy to use both! It works great. So many people lack the skill of reading comprehension.
Get stuck everywhere
Shop around the app is terrible not helpful at all. Constantly gets stuck under things. Goes over the same spot and goes in a weird pattern no way to change the pattern. I’ve bought other brands for my kids thank goodness. This one I do not suggest at all. It won’t let you leave a bad reviver went through 25 names that “were taken”
