Sucks
Will not let me open! I’m trying to run a business and can’t update the app,just kicks me out, now I try to delete and add back on now it says it’s on still and that I can open the app but just kicks me out!!!
Please update the app!
This app is so frustrating. The number of glitches and times I have to close the app and reopen to get it to work properly. Also looking at the schedule for the week has a terrible interface. Please update to make it better!

The app I've been using for years has become terrible after the last update. It won't open even after I've deleted and reinstalled it multiple times.

Too many bugs
I have had this app for at least 10 years. I now cannot open the app on my phone. I tap on it and NOTHING. Also, My admin comes up (when I open the app) and not my Schedule. I spoke with support, they told me what to do and it does not work. Also when I check a client out MORE TIMES THAN NOT, I cannot close the ticket because it doesn’t fit on my IPHONE PRO MAX. Which is quite a large phone. Frustrated.

Crashes repeatedly even after redownloading
App crashes as soon as you click on it. You can redownload and restart your phone it still does not work!!!! App needs to be updated immediately!

Old and outdated
This company said it was updating their old-outdated software for years. The look is from 2000. 100% hate it. Looking for another software. The owner couldn’t care less and the employees constantly say the same thing every single time you call to ask when they are changing it. Don’t get this! And definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!

Crashes
I just updated my iPhone and now the app crashes. I’ve had rosy for quite awhile. A few glitches throughout the years. But this is obviously the most annoying one.

This App won’t load. It crashes as soon as I tap it. I keep deleting and re-downloading it. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times and yet NOTHING!!! Can’t even use the Rosy Pay swiper without the app!!! #furious!!!

Downloaded but app will not run, all it did was place an icon on my phone. Tap it and it pops up then disappears.

I download the rosy app the other day and when I try to open the app on my home screen it kicks me off the app right away. I need to be able to access this for my JOB and it won’t work. I have deleted the app and redownload it multiple times and nothing.

Every time I try to open this app on my iPhone 12, it crashes and instantly closes. It won’t work at all!!! I’ve deleted and reinstalled to have the same result please fix this!!
