I am having so much fun reading and scheduling on this app. I already purchased my bottled water and can’t wait to add more. Looking forward to seeing the entertainment and making reservations for that!
Easy Peasy
Absolutely love the app. All of the things that you can do on the app booking, reserving ,the map, the ability to chat with your family and friends while you’re on the ship with no Wi-Fi package. Just the ease and flow of the app plus they are always improving it as needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food is terrible
Windjammer is unbelievably changed Royal is building ships almost every year and ships like the Voyager needs a overhaul on there food service especially breakfast
Dining area in morning omelettes are made in cooking oil terrible had to send it back bagel is not fresh like chewing on leather I stopped the windjammer the dining is no different just terrible
Getting off to ports elevators not working and coming back had to climb 6 flights because not volume of people trying to get to there rooms no service and I have knee problems ACL at 72 yrs old

Easy to navigate & use
Slow
The app is slow to load, blank screen, or doesn’t open at all.
It won't show all the info
For some reason, Iphone 17 do jit show all my itinerary, but on an android, no problem. Honestly, lame.
Add to Wallet button non responsive
In check-in view sea pass add to apple wallet button is non responsive.
App function prior to Aug 2026 was superior
The current App is cumbersome and clumsy. It was much easier to navigate when each of the main search parameters (date, port, destination, trip length etc) had their own subheadings
Now it takes longer to direct the App to get search results, and it does it SLOWER than the older format

I can’t even find the name of my ship on the app or any activities on the cruise. Outside of boarding passes the app isn’t very helpful

I liked the app before the most recent update. I know it’s minimal changes, but the “filter” area changes just aren’t as convenient as they used to be.

We were on Utopia the seas for our first time on the ship. It is phenomenal. Everything was done to perfection. We had a blast lots to do so we will be going back so we can finish what we started.

Boarding passes
Difficulty adding the boarding passes to my Apple wallet.
