Outstanding value, ship, and crew!
Wonderful cruise. Staff and amenities were perfect. Food was good, not great. Only show we liked was Gallery of Dreams. Comedian and juggler were subpar. Ports were adequate and sufficient for our purposes. Would go again on this ship if there were no children.

Top of the line cruise
Grateful great people, the service was outstanding. I have been on several cruise ships, but Royal Caribbean is by far the best. The shows were wonderful. I absolutely love my vacation. We came as a family of 35 and we were accommodated very well. I’m looking forward to the next cruise on Royal Caribbean.

Slow and inconsistent clock
The app often stopped or shut down while on the ship. With multiple time changes on the 7-day Mexico cruise, it would have been helpful to have the app clock accurate and regain accurate throughout the trip. It often changed back and forth by an hour for the first four hours of the time changes.
Exceptional Service
Service was super attentive and accommodating. This was in all facets of the ship, especially during dinner, where we assisted by Jeramar. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience there was a positively memorable one! Hopefully, I’ll be able to go on this cruise again.

I am a big royal Carribean fan talks about the company to all friends and family I wait for a long time for my bucket list dream vacation you guys dropped the ball on this one you need to put the smaller ships out to pasture you new guest require a lot more than 2 outlets in every state room if you care about guess experience then listen fridge on this ship was Luke warm tv in my stateroom kept muting some of the staff was rude but overall as a whole they did great to make my vacation a great one incidentally my wife and I was celebrating our 41 years anniversary we very disappointed in how the this company whom we both celebrate greatly is reduced down to trying to keep old and out dated ships to make a profit and not thinking of the new demands of their guests shame on you not a lot of benefits for the key hold either we booked another royal Carribean trip for next year with an old familiar friend the icon look forward to that but won’t come this way again

Eric in the dining hall was amazing he was so interactive and fun! Deni as our room attendant was awesome he knew our names the first day and left our room immaculate every day and the towels animals were very appreciated ❤️

The wait staff in the dining area were wonderful and so great to my family. Sharik and Daryl. Also Gordon and angelic. Special shout out to Joyce and Ayan who started our adventure off great. Nuel in the casino always went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. John was very accommodating and our room was always full of everything and did a great job with my kids room also.

This was such a good holiday, especially with kids and fewer family members and friends by your side. It was such an amazing holiday , the staff were the nicest people ever, the food was delicious, the space was so clean and I loved every bit of it! Although I only went on anthem of the seas it was crazy good, it’s not exactly the biggest cruise but THIS SHOWS HOW FUN A CRUISE CAN BE EVEN JF ITS NOT AS BIG!!! it was amazing! (You might get a tiny bit of a cold or sickness after you get off though due to the feeling of the boat and the pressure and onto the plane and on land - just a heads up!) 👍🥳🛳️

Difficulty in placing orders
I had immense difficulty in using my credit card to book my meals and excursions. My credit card is UAE based, but the only card I could succeed in paying for my chosen products, was a USA based card. Why is this happening? I thought RCCI was the choice of cruising travellers around the globe!! And now you want a nickname…tried many unheard- of-words but the system says “ already taken”! Can we get a little more user-friendly here??

Our experience aboard Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The ship is beautiful, the food was delicious, and there was never a shortage of things to do. Every day brought a new adventure, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our cruise.
A special thank you to our dining room waiters, Vishal and Albert, who provided exceptional service every single evening. They were friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Their hospitality truly made us feel like family.
The entertainment was another highlight of our trip. Every show was outstanding, but Intense was on another level! The performers were amazingly talented, and the energy, acrobatics, and production kept us on the edge of our seats. It was definitely one of the best shows we’ve ever seen on a cruise.
