Can’t pay parking fees
I never reviewed an app: but this one deserve attention. Since update 2 months ago, I can never pay with my parking balance. Always error. Even deleting and downloading again didn’t help. Very frustrating. This App need urgent professional updates
Pay for parking now has 2 options
I like how now the app gives you two options to find the parking code. By a pin on the map and by a list of codes. Greta app.
The app do not log in with UAE pass
I updated the app but it’s not allowing me to log with uae pass not even with my login and password , it’s not very friendly hope you can resolve
Payment is not working for parking
There is an issue with the application. When try to pay for parking through the app, after selecting the parking zone, hours and confirm & pay, it doesn’t redirect me to payment link (Apple wallet option) many clicks it remains in same page. I tried uninstalled and installed but issue still same. Because of this I’m paying through SMS service which incurs additional charges. Please resolve this issue , it’s more than a week . Still issue is same .

V6.4.5 app issues
Today i just got app update and after this new update I couldnt able to pay the parking once after selecting the parking hours and car if i select complete app stuck in the same screen
Horrible app.
I can’t believe this is a dubai app. Dubai is known for advanced quality apps. This one doesn’t even log me in neither using password nor uae pass.

Previous version was better than the current one
After the update the easier option of locating the street and parking zone on the map disappeared. Also now it doesn’t show the vehicle registration documents or license documents under my documents.
Never works
Can never log in using UAE Pass or any other means, cannot create a new account either.
Doesn’t work
Managed to access after hours of set up. Then lost access for no reason and could never log back in. Lost more hours trying to reactivate the app. Really sad.
Wrong fine and FRAUD
Their machine got fine as long as you park, they don't let you open the application to charge, also they got me a fine while I changed the parking, I have all documents and I will sue everywhere I can, it's HARAM

App gives an error for parking
When I want to pay for the parking most of the time, it give an error and shows me that I didn’t pay. Then I pay again and suddenly it shows that I paid twice.
RTA APP HANGS FREQUENTLY WHILE MAKING PARKING TRANCATION.
I am giving 5 star rating as i strongly believe RTA will resolve the issue at the earliest. RTA app frequently hangs specially in the morning hours when you are in rush which eventually reads to parking fine. Other then that very satisfied.

Doesn’t work
I tried downloading this before a holiday to Dubai but they can’t even get the basic right. Trying to register it simply doesn’t send a verification code to let me set up an account. I tried 2 different email addresses, checked the junk folder. App is junk. Unfortunately like most bings in Dubai, they are a shiny fragile mirror that breaks easily.

Constant updating
It needs to be constantly updated and sometimes I’m in a rush and need to pay my parking but it needs updating AGAIN

Absolutely useless, I can’t login on the app so I have to physically go on to the website
Not showing how much duration left in the parking
Such a worst app, I lost my money multiple times, I always use this for my parking tickets but after some time you return to the app to see how much time left, it will not show and indicate like 00 minutes left. So I recharge again and see that there was enough time left !!!
Nol Card
So I had a Nol card which crashed immediately after recharging it and when I tried to request for a refund they said you need to have your Nol card registered even though you didn’t had an emirates ID, and now that I am trying to register my other Nol card it won’t let me.
I mean isn’t RTA known for its quality???
