FedEx loses rug, ruggable doesn’t care
FedEx shows package out for delivery for three days. FedEx doesn’t care and neither does Ruggable.

Can’t add anything to the cart.
I’ve tried repeatedly for two days to add a few different rugs into my cart. Cart remains empty. I’d love to buy some rugs but 🤷🏻♀️
No View in Room option
Downloaded this app for the sole purpose of being able to view Ruggable rugs in my room, using a camera or photo, and I was shocked that this company does not offer that functionality.
Washable rugs
I have bought quite a few rugs the last few months from this company. The hour of the highest quality. Wash nicely in the washing machine. Excellent quality pads. I recommend this company and it’s product highly
Just the payment system was a PAIN!!!
I haven’t received my rug yet. The rating is for placing the order. My husband tried multiple times to make a purchase with his Bank of America Visa card. It never went through. BofA verified the issue was on Ruggables end. They saw the attempted transactions that were incomplete. I tried to use his card with the same result. I tried my Visa card and it worked. Painful process. Ruggables was recommended by a friend so I persisted to make the purchase otherwise I would have moved on. Hope the rug is nice.

Awful rugs
I downloaded the app for the sole reason of leaving a review. I have never harbored as much hate towards any person or thing as I have to these rugs, words will never be able to accurately describe how much I hate these rugs. Every rug in my house has been replaced by one of these and my entire family loves them but they never have to put them back after washing them. The amount of time I have spent trying to line up the corners on these rugs just to mess up and try again is so massive I wouldn’t be surprised if it was greater than the total time I’ve spent sleeping in my entire life. If anyone is thinking about buying these rugs for the love of god don’t do it, it might seem nice at first but once you have that little sliver of Velcro on the side of the rug you just cant seem to cover up you’ll wish you would have just bought a new rug every time your rugs get dirty. Sometimes I wish my house would burn down just so I never have to put together one of those horrible horrible rugs ever again.

Anniversary points and $15 credit
I just received a text that told me I had a $15 credit and 150 points they’re having a 20% sale and I thought wow this makes these rugs more reasonable. I had to order two replacement rugs for color discrepancies in the rugs that I had ordered a few months ago. They gave me a small credit so I decided I would go ahead and use the pads and get a different hopefully better matching color than what I had. I had a very high points balance because of the couple of thousand dollars worth of rugs I had purchased. Apparently they expire and so now I have 200 and something points which would’ve been about 20 more dollars off and the $15 is nowhere to be found in my app. I am fine with not being able to double dip but there needs to be something that explains that when they just give you this blanket extra points after deleting your points and also a $15 credit that is not in there at all.. Just be honest and the colors are not true in any of the rugs that I’ve ordered. Slightly disappointed I do still like the fact that they wash and I’m not getting rid of them. I just won’t be ordering more.

Washable Rugs Rule!
Our new rug just exceeded all expectations . The dogs however are a big disappointment. I will spare you the details - but all good here. ❌⭕️😊
My new favorite rug!
There isn’t anything I don’t love about this rug! It’s soft and the colors are beautifully done. It has a little bit of a worn look which goes extremely well with the eclectic, French country feel of my home. I also appreciate how Ruggable is now sending them folded and not rolled. I am not continually trying to flatten the corners. Awesome!

Best rugs I’ve ever owned
I have these throughout my house. I absolutely love them because they are pretty, durable and most of all washable.
Amazing Rug system
I started purchasing Ruggables after one of my daughters did because she has kids. Love the ease of cleaning and being able to just switch out themes. I now have 10+ and I am not looking back.

Love these rugs
I have a big St. Bernard dog who hate the floor so I have Ruggable all over my house so she can be part of the family she loves to lay under bushes so bring in dirt and twigs these carpet wash up beautiful just like brand new so glad I found them
Happy but frustrated with the system they have!
Love the rugs I have about four runners and three large rugs now, but I’m irritated when I use a discount code and get 15% off why I can’t use my spill points that I’ve earned also?? I don’t like that factor.
Not as easy as website
I wanted a tufted dinosaur rug for my grandson. Found the rug but not available in tufted. Had to search tufted rugs to find it. If it hadn’t been for the high price of the rug and the 10% app use incentive, I would have given up and bought from website where all options are in one place.
