Company takes your money and doesn’t produce anywhere near the likeness
The company took the money, made you pay more twice and then requested more during a simple video and the characters they said couldn’t resemble the likeness I already had created and own

This app is heavily dependent on a credit system, even after you’ve paid for a monthly subscription
I signed up for the $14.99 monthly plan and used it to generate one 20-second video clip and it used up essentially all of my credits.
What makes this even more frustrating is that there was no clear warning before generating the video telling me how many credits it was going to cost. Had I known that one 20-second generation would use that many credits, I never would have proceeded.
To make matters worse, the final video was terrible and did not follow the description or instructions I provided, so I couldn’t even use it.
Paying $14.99 for a monthly subscription only to have the credits disappear after one unusable 20-second video is extremely disappointing. There needs to be much better transparency about credit costs before a user clicks generate.
Based on my experience, this app is absolutely not worth the subscription price.
