Worst AI tool - Overpriced
This is the worst AI tool I have ever seen and over priced , I have subscribed to their ₹1500 plan and hardly I created a video and it asked me buy new credits or wait for another renewal in the next month which means another 1500 rupees, it’s obvious that nobody can’t create a video in single prompt, there will be some hit and try always.

I tried to upgrade to a better plan, but Runway charged me a shocking $909 without clearly displaying the total amount before completing the purchase. I would never have knowingly approved a charge this large.
This lack of pricing transparency is unacceptable and feels extremely misleading. Customers should be shown the exact amount they will be charged before any payment is processed. I contacted support and expect the charge to be canceled and fully refunded immediately. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this app.

It blocks every picture you want to submit and then tells you you have no credits. So you expect me to pay money for something that I can’t sample? Yeah, no thanks.
Powerful AI Video Creation Tool
I just created two projects with Runway and I’m seriously impressed with the results. The image-to-video generation, motion, voice, and overall cinematic quality brought my ideas to life better than I expected.
There’s definitely a learning curve when dialing in prompts, timing, and longer speaking scenes, but once everything comes together, the finished videos look professional and powerful. I especially appreciate being able to take a single image and turn it into something that actually feels alive.

Expensive credit burn for failed generations
I canceled my subscription after wasting a significant amount of paid credits on a simple generation error. I asked the AI multiple times to remove an ocean from a scene—even specifying a dry tundra—and every single attempt kept generating the exact same ocean background while taking my credits each time.
When I reached out to Support, I was essentially given a long, confusing runaround only to be told that if the video renders, the charge stands—regardless of whether the AI actually followed the prompt. It feels like you end up paying repeatedly for the tool's mistakes. If a system parameter overrides user instructions, the customer shouldn't be the one paying for every failed redo.

Misleading pricing
Subscribed for £14.99 a month and barely generated 2 videos as I had 'run out of credits'. Not entirely sure what I'm actually paying for with my monthly subscription. After all, it is a video-generation app and I would have expected more 'generations' for that price
Gets nothing done
It’s the worst capacity AI app I have ever used. People and parts of their body are walking in the video, doesn’t capture the prompt at all. Just poor quality even for a free app
Poor text to video generation
Took me 5 times to regenerate before AI gets what i wanted. Too much video glitches.
Too Many Credits for Short Videos
The app can create good videos, but it uses way too many credits for very short generations. I already paid for a subscription, and after only a few clips I’m being asked to buy more credits again. The credit system needs to be more reasonable, especially for paying users. I like the quality, but the cost makes it difficult to keep creating.

Fuyez cette application! Chaque vidéo demande énormément de crédits et les recharges sont chères au feu, depuis les vidéos bloquent très souvent à 98% lors de leurs créations et l’app demande de payer d’autres crédits pour relancer la génération! Une pure escroquerie pour voler de l’argent aux gens!

I asks to make me something and it showed me to black guys kissing each other, btw I told it to make a Fortnite poster and it showed me straight 2 black ppl making out, FIX THIS ISSUE NOW😡😡

First of all, it charges you a psychotic amount of money and then once you pay for monthly, they don’t tell you that for anything that you actually wanna do inside it cost you money so this is pretty much a version of only fans for AI editing and then once you spend the money for every small thing that you try to do they keep telling you that you don’t have enough credits

Runway charges waaaaay too much for video generation. You’ll only be able to produce a few seconds of video on a month’s worth of credits on the standard account.

Don’t waste your money
The worst AI generator I’ve use. Gave it a clear and detailed prompt as well as six resource images to stitch together into a short clip will a small piece of animation and was quoted 200 credits. It got it completely wrong attempted to fix it as it missed an image completely and the second clip it created was just the missing image from the first clip pulsating. In doing that it used another 439 credits and wasted my whole plan allowance without producing anything usable. Submitted a ticked, got the runaround by an ai agents, asked to speak to a human , was told it was escalated to a human expert and then two days later got an email saying my ticket was closed because they hadn’t heard from me for “a few days”. Absolute junk, don’t waste you money. Should be taken off App Store
