Can't sign up 'cuz it doesn't like zip codes

My wife has this and it works fairly well. She asked me to install it but I can't create an account because no matter what zip code I put in Ruud says it's invalid. So the app is worthless.

Stop working in 2 days

Got this system on Friday and it stop working on Sunday night. Received an error message of furnace communication failure, which caused the air conditioner to stop working. Aire Serv didn’t install the unit correctly, which is awful because this is day to within air.
