TERRIBLE SERVICE & ZERO SUPPORT FOR HOSTS
Extremely disappointed with this company. They have zero respect for hosts and completely lack basic communication etiquette.
No Support for Owners: My RV was returned damaged (broken sliding panel) and covered in pet hair in direct violation of the policy, yet this company refused to cover the actual repair and detailing costs.
Rude & Unprofessional: The way they communicate with hosts is extremely disrespectful and dismissive.
Unfair Claims Process: They side with rule-breakers and leave hosts to pay out-of-pocket for guest damage.
They do not protect the owners who supply vehicles for their platform. Stay away if you value your property!

Bad experiences
Used this service twice. Both times found myself dealing with RV owners who weren’t forthcoming about problems. Problems ranging from the basic drivability and condition of repair of the vehicles, to cleanliness, and worst of all black tank problems—both times. Not coming back to this platform.

Pricing
The app is easy to use. But be careful when it comes to the final price. They will show one price per night while you are looking at the options. Then once you check out and they add all their fees the price becomes almost double what you thought it would be.
Hard to use
This app sucks. Very difficult to use. At least for me. It logs me out all the time. And impossible to log back in. I have recertification coming up and I can’t communicate with the RV person because I can’t figure out how to log back in.

Portland weather
We reserved an RV from Aaron Vigna for 3 days at the end of June. We picked up the camper . Set it up and things were good . Then the event I was attending got canceled.Rained all weekend in the Portland/Vancouver areas . I notified Aaron as soon as I found out about the cancellation. Agreed to get it returned the next day . Aaron denied all my requests for any kind of refund . I reserved it for 3 days used it for 1. Was willing to split the difference and pay for 2 nights . Nope he would not refund me any of my money .... because he "could" have rented it to someone else. He was so worried about loosing any money he forgot that I paid $787 for one night . At least RVezy was fair . Credited me back my booking fee and gave me a voucher for next time .

Cheap fleecing vendor
Their charges for facilitating bookings ranges around 25-35% .. insurance is a huge $40 a day or 1200 a month and then they charge you facilitation fee for every transaction. Unhelpful and rude staff, just say no to everything. Overall a bad experience using this company.
Renter beware
I strongly advise against this company after my experience. I would recommend checking their BBB reviews to see how this company operates. Stay away and rent from a more reputable company.
