This is one of the worst apps. Some of the smaller brokers have better apps than this.
Annoying bug
The page with the load information keeps following down to the point it cannot be seen, I try to scroll it up but its following down by itself. Please fix it

It’s a decent app but it keeps logging us every now and then and you have to keep resetting password all the time other than that it is a decent app

Horrible
If you do not have your “ load number”, you are completely screwed and you cannot report if you are late. It sounds too simple yes; just have the load number. However., when you work for another broker, and you are driving in extreme weather to let them know that you were going to be late, you are practically done for. Just imagine having to pull up the load number when you are dealing with heavy wins and heavy snow and they cannot help you without that - yet at the same time you pop in your phone number on this app and it magically pulls up the load number.. so how come we cannot just give our phone number to the representatives they’re supposed to be helping us when the drivers have issues? It’s totally backwards

Horrible app
Every update introduces new bugs. I can’t even get past the logo and main screen before the login screen even - as of 3days ago with the new update. Hire a new company to do your app please.

Worst load board app
Last update didn’t solve any issues. Made it even worse. No stability. Load search pages freeze and you need to reopen the app several times.
Tracking
Don’t use this app for tracking a load for RXO instead use MacroPoint or other app this app don’t do continuous tracking updates and yes they don’t want to pay detention for RXO APP issues
App is useless
This load booking app always ask for sign in when you open it. Some time you dont have to sign in but most of time it doesn’t work without signing in and that time it will act like you’re making new account.
