Absolute crooks
Whatever you do don’t use this app… I use this when I was travelling in Singapore and had a balance of nearly £200 left on my account which they refuse to pay back and six months after they have deleted it and said my balance is zero

I arrived in Singapore and am used to using uber, I had drives say they Arive when they where a block away then drove around and I got charged for making them wait when I was there! This happens but what really annoys me is when you click on help to contact support to raise a refund non of the help pages work in the app and you can dispute the charge.

Worst customer service
Booked a cab in Singapore and driver cancelled the ride after but ryde charged me 6.5 dollar from my credit card as a cancellation fee and when I raised this concern they issued a voucher .whereas they should have refunded my money to original mode of payment

The photo won’t change. Worse of all, several advanced bookings nearly left me missing on important appointments since there seems to be never any drivers available. Can only use Rydecoins that are non-refundable. Top up value options are ridiculous. The entire thing is just a scam, to be honest. The whole set up is just a form a scam in disguise. I’m closing my a/c and will loose over $30 due to how bad it is. I’ll consider this a lesson learnt instead.

First, happy to see more competition. Thanks for that. The location service are a bit laggy. I had a HORRIBLE ride with a driver today. I did not rate him immediately, only after another ride did I go to rate. Well, if you don’t rate and take another ride, they get 5/5 stars. Bullocks

Poorly designed app and bad customer support
This app should be the least or the last resort for cab booking. Number one is poor customer support. Number two poorly designed apps, two persons were using one account. My account was debited by another guy and I was scammed. After numerous complaints, they were resolved. Still, I didn’t receive my refund.
I would highly recommend Zig or Gojek.

Driver can cancel your trip anytime and you still get charged even you didn't take the trip. Horrible customer service. You will never get response from them or get your money back. 100% avoid this app!

Useless
Put 25$ into the app and multiple times has been impossible to get a ride. If I don’t spend thst money in a period of time I lose it. Would be nice to actually get a driver

Tried to signup and crest an account and it will not send a verification code via text nor email.
Warning!! RYDE are operating fraudulently.
My experience needs to be shared with you. I moved to RYDE when UBER left Singapore market. I pre charged my account with $100 and used the service a couple times, which was good. However a couple months later my Credit of $77 totally disappeared from my account. I’ve been left with $0 credit. I contacted RYDE support via their online help portal. An automated response said they would look into it. So I patiently waited and waited.Nothing. After writing to them nicely 10 times there is still no response. There is no phone number to call and no way of getting my credit back. I hope you don’t use this service and end up losing your credit like I did. Be warned. This company are careless with their customers.
