I often get important calls which I have great deal of difficulty understanding due to foreign accents, background noise, poor diction, and or a very fast speaker. Rylo has vastly improved my understanding on difficult calls and boosted my voice call confidence. It is not perfect but it makes a huge difference for me.

Great service
I found this app from an online ad. It has become a great resource for me when making and receiving calls. I am legally deaf and verbal communication is unreliable. I would suggest this app to anyone who is having trouble communicating verbally. It only takes a few minutes to setup and it eliminates the problem of waiting for someone to become available to translate via SL. It connects instantly and is available 24/7.

Sign up over and over..
Problem with Rylo. I hate having to sign up and get code every time. I am tired of trying to sign in and it keeps on asking for my phone number then verify.. Hearing person wait for me to get ready. It’s embarrassing. I just want to do that part once after it’s logged in and be done with it as long as I have the same phone or log out manually then fine ask all of those stuff all over again but every time literally. Driving me nuts. Also why can’t live transcription button to be on the main bar on the bottom??

Happy I discovered Nagish
I always have a difficult time hearing my callers, especially with foreign accents, but Nagish has solved that for me. When important information is received during the call, I have it in writing and do not have to write it down while talking. When the call has ended, I can look over the conversation. After input my number they sent code but the code keeps saying expired within seconds… please how can go about this ?

Live Transcript Fail
I decided to try this app because of its promise to allow live transcription.
But it just says “update settings” to allow live transcription.
But doesn’t provide any guidance for what settings need to be updated for live transcription.

Great App
I am like most boomers, loss of hearing. I knew I could really use an app that showed me what people were saying, especially when calling customer serve numbers and getting reps whose first language isn’t English or there is noise in the background. Takes some time to learn and explore and when Rylo emailed me asking about problems I mentioned it not working with Siri. They asked me some more questions and within a week there was a new version that worked with Siri.

Privacy Concerns
Rylo asks for too much information upfront. I was told this app could improve my life, but I’ll never know because I can’t try it out before giving it all my “legal” information. In an age where people are trying to protect themselves in digital spaces, this app seems tone deaf.

Every time, I was going to open the app, but I am keeping getting start up or sign up for the registration often!!! I like nagish is better than this!
I thought there was facetime
The whole overall thing is good, but the call sounds like someone is in a microwave, and i thought there was face time but there is not. so it kinda ruined the whole experience for me
Better than InnoCaption
I had downloaded another app first and was using it more because it was already in use and setup. Then the other guys app fell apart. The captions dont keep up with the conversation….sometimes at all.

Fair warning some of the ads I’ve seen are misleading u cannot use the app unless u have hearing problems they make u electronically sign that u have hearing problems

Whoa, Rylo is so amazing in that it allows for me to use my phone’s keyboard voice as the default voice. I can easily type to someone without needing an interpreter to translate my signs. I am finding the app helpful and useful for me.
No longer works with incoming call
I began using Nagish the system worked well all things considered. Then came the name change and now it no longer works for incoming calls or calls dialed from my phone’s dialer when it imports my phone book it interprets the first numbers as country code number in my book are stored with country code basically because I only call people in the US please put the app back as it imperfect but useful now it is useless!
