Sadly now since the latest update I have NOT been able to log in and use the app! Texting a one time code and calling does no good! I can’t even check my damn Balance as a result of! More inclined to find another financial institution to bank at as a result

I’ve been with credit union for a couple years and have never had an issue. My experience has always been pleasant and they have always been more than helpful. So if your thinking of credit union your, I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable bank.

My husband opened our account because one of his customers banks with SactoCU. The CU harasses my husband every time he goes in to cash a check. The last check he deposited was under $400. It was put on a 14 day hold. The CU has made it clear we need to use a different bank for 99.9 percent of our business. In the future, we will only use them as a check cashing center for the one customer. I highly recommend using any other CU for your financial needs.

Mobile deposit Rating
I use this app for mobile deposits. It saves me from going to the bank frequently, however it freezes up and any deposit over $225 money will be withheld for several days
Transfers
My son has a SCU checking account. He transferred $215 to my SCU account on a Sunday. The debit immediately reflected on his end but not on my end even on Tuesday. Not good to have to wait for same bank to bank transfers.
Mobile Banking
Not overly complicated, easy to navigate and use. Wonderful!
Needs night mode
Judging by high star rating, I must be only one upset over lack of night mode 🌃

I love the on-line banking. It is so convenient and I have been a customer with Sacramento credit union for over 24 years.

Works well but max mobile deposit is too low.
Serious Issues, can’t move past confirming identity
I am not sure what took place in the new update. The request to confirm my identity by text or phone is not working. I cannot login. Reached out for assistance hopefully someone can get this fixed ASAP.
