Sadapay app detects modification on brand new, never-modified iPhone 15 Pro Max on iOS 26.5
I am writing to report a technical issue regarding jailbreak detection on my new device.
I recently upgraded from a jailbroken iPhone 12 Pro Max (iOS 15.5) to a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 26.5. My new device has never been jailbroken or modified. However, after restoring my encrypted backup via iTunes, SadaPay refuses to run, stating that the app is "only supported on unmodified versions of iOS."
I have noted the following details:
- On a completely clean setup without a backup restore, SadaPay works perfectly on new iPhone.
- Other sensitive banking applications, such as HBL and Easypaisa, are working correctly on the new device after the restore.
It appears the app's detection logic may be flagging inert, leftover files from my previous device's backup. As everyone's backup is very important and everything is working except the Sadapay app.
I kindly request that your team considers refining the detection logic to check for active jailbreak processes rather than legacy files to avoid these false positives.

Money not safe
One of the worst and pathetic Service I’ve ever used in my life no Help they are so incompetent. Took me three days with them to raise a dispute and there’s no competent person There is no person who can speak properly and deal with your complaint and there are thick head sitting there in the name of Help. No matter what you say you will be the one to blame your money is not safe with them.

I contacted this company regarding an transaction which is not known to me. It was a fraud transaction and they’re telling me the policies and New do this if you do that on this this happens instead of helping me raise a dispute how to do with a fraudulent transaction they are blaming me for it. Your money is not safe with this company. They will never help you when you’re in trouble. They will always blame you for the issues.

(Scam) sadapay
I had money in my account that suddenly disappeared, and it is not showing in the transaction history. To check, I sent more money, but some amount was deducted again. The history only shows that the money was received but does not explain why or where the deducted amount went.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this app until this issue is properly fixed and made transparent.

Hate Sadapay Transaction History
I have been using Sadapay for the past year, and overall, everything has been great. But one thing I really hate is that Sadapay never shows past transactions properly. For example, if I want to check last month’s transactions and go to the transaction history, it doesn’t show them. It only displays transactions from the past month. It’s frustrating that we have to download a statement just to see our full history. Please set it up so we can at least view the last 3 months of transactions directly in the app

Disappointment
Pathetic service. They restricted my account two times in a month for absolutely no reason, and when I kept messaging them they won’t even respond. I regret opening a sadapay account
Biometric problem
I used an apl like sadapay for the first time. I had more than 50k in my account sadapay started asking for verification when i started trying to verify it approved it then said "oh snap, we had problem sending biometric to NADRA" I tried doing biometric more than 15 times. Then it started giving warnings to deactivate account i emailed sadapay help more than 3 times but they just replied with the same copy, pasted message which did not help at all. Eventually my account was deactivated I am not able to access any of my money. When I call their helpline it doesn't pickup or even ring. They have not given any proper response or helpline or support number.
