Worst tracking application
The UI of this app is horrible, don’t understand how one can even track the route with such non intuitive features. Whoever is the developer need to use this app for a week to realise their heights of creative bankruptcy !
App bus tracking is unavailable for more than 80% of time
App bus tracking is unavailable for more than 80% of time. This is confusing and makes waiting at bus stops for 20-30 minutes. School is charging parents for the service in turn paying to you people and no service to parents by either.

This is the worst ever app which I experienced in my life.
Without boarding it notified that your ward have boarded in bus.
I have complaints so many times but nobody bothered about it.
My suggestion to all schools please don’t use services of this company.

Ineffective Application.
Our school has made us Parents use this app for the last 3 years and it is ineffective in every way. Information is inaccurate.
For it to work one needs to delete and reinstall it beginning of every week but still it doesn’t work and it’s not a ‘Safe’ Bus app if you cannot track the bus. I have even spoken to their Mumbai Office last year explaining the same but they haven’t done anything about it.

Pathetic App
Most of the time. The app does not work. There features are also quite technically poor and customer support is as bad.
