Avoid SaffronStays
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Extremely poor and frustrating experience with SaffronStays. Charged extra for a 1.5-year-old as an “additional adult”, followed by rude and threatening customer support. Even worse, additional charges were imposed without a proper invoice or itemised breakdown. Completely lacking transparency and accountability. Save yourself the hassle, avoid this provider.

Review about the app not stay
The app needs to be improved in terms of checkin. The screen where u enter details does not let u select the button Next since its hidden behind keypad when u type in.
There is no provision to add kids.All other options are disabled to edit guest. Please improvise the mobile app.

Founder’s Note
As the founder of SaffronStays, I’ve spent the last decade thinking about how we can make family holidays more seamless and memorable. While our homes have always been at the heart of the experience, I felt there was an opportunity to make the entire journey - from discovery to check-out -much simpler.
That’s why we built the SaffronStays app.
My goal was straightforward: remove friction and give our guests a smoother, more intuitive way to plan, book, and enjoy their stay. Technology should work quietly in the background, allowing families to focus on what matters most:- being together.
This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to keep improving the app based on feedback from our guests.
For an App Store review specifically, keeping it shorter and sounding less corporate will generally feel more authentic and believable.
