Can’t even register

At least I didn’t have to go through what other had to , with camera unable to scan ID card and credit card. Absolutely worthless

Contact the front desk

Drivers license camera was constantly blurry and couldnt focus. Then keeps saying “Your checkin could not be completed. Please contact the front desk or try again later”. This is after creating an account, going through drivers license upload, selfie, adding credit card. Waste of time

Garbage App

This is the worst app ever. It always says my password is incorrect, but it’s saved in my phone. I try to reset it and it will not allow me to reset it. Just do better

I can’t really review anything about that app because it didn’t allow me signing saying username/password are incorrect, to see my reservation and check-in. Yes, it’s really bad
